I have owned a circupool system for 5 years and during that time I have learned a lot about their many systems and owning a salt water pool. While it wasn't always smooth sailing, Circupool and Discount Salt Water pool made things right.

So far so good! I purchased a home with an old Aquarite Goldline box with firmware 1.10 and no salt cell. Figured I would try to add the salt cell and save some money instead of buying an entire system right now. Purchased the CIR-GEN15 to replace what I assumed would have been a Tcell 15. I was a little hesitant because I cannot change the TCell with this Aquarite version. Everything I researched said the TCell 15 was the right cell. It seems I made the right choice. It’s working perfect and this thing is pumping out chlorine. The cell looks to be made extremely well and I had no issues with installation. I will definitely be shopping at CircuPool for my next system. I still have my eyes on that Core Series!

Order was shipped in a timely manner, and getting a email saying my order was delivered is always nice! Haven’t used the product yet but so far I’m happy and will shop here again!

Ordering was easy and was delivered timely. I have not used it yet but it appears to be good quality.

It should not have cost me so much money to ship two pieces of PVC. But it is what it is. Parts work fine.

They were easy to order from and had the part

Purchased an Edge 40 in July 2019. During the first year had to send it back three times and each time pay the shipping both ways. On the third time, they sent me a system. I started to have problem with the cell system in July on 2022. After a few weeks of trial and error to fix the issue, I finally had to send the Cell unit for repair. I received an email from them that had to pay $254.94 ( 60% of the new replacement plus shipping). I paid and called CS to tell them that I was not happy with the outcome and I was told that the company has gone above and beyond their normal duty to take care of the issue. I am still wondering why was it above and beyond their responsibility to take care of their customer. I do understand that there are times that there is an issue with a product BUT 3 times in the first year and now only after two years of the new cell, pay close to additional $300 to hear that they did me a favor to take my money.

The temperature sensor failed on my CircuPool RJ-60. The solution was documented clearly in the manual on moving a jumper on the control board to continue operation in a default mode until a alternate sensor could be replaced. CircuPool quickly shipped the flow / temperature sensor under warranty which was very easy to install. Thanks.

A pleasant surprise to see how you improved the cartridge mechanism for in the future if the cap breaks this is the only part to replace. Great Job Engineering Team.
