Poor fulfillment experience

BIG FIVE STARS

Love all products that I purchased. There was a little problem with availability of a product I purchased online, but they resolved the issue with great customer service. Bonus, items shipped same day as purchased. I give them a BIG FIVE STARS!

I liked the items offered

I liked the items offered. I made a purchase. But then it was canceled because the item was no longer in stock.... disappointing end to my first experience with this company.

Not satisfied, will return.

The hat itself was very good quality. The reason I gave it a 3 Star was because in the description, the color was listed as “baby blue”.....the color is definitely a teal or turquoise. Now I have a hat that doesn’t match my coat!

Great designs and great customer service

I was happy to find Cirque Mountain and their Colorado-inspired designs for my daughter who is a Colorado State University alumnus and loved her time in Ft. Collins. The hats and other items I’ve purchased have all been well made and delivered promptly. She has since moved from Colorado to Michigan to New Hampshire so everything is still being put to good use. My most recent order was for a merino wool hat that was on sale and such a great buy!

We really liked the quality of the hat…

We really liked the quality of the hat we bought for our son. He is tough on his coats, hats, and gloves and the hat has stood up to his abuse nicely. The colors have remained bright and bold.
