Flintshire County Council has had 5 Trojans now for some four years and they are still our defacto tool for confirming a calibrated (UKAS) sound level & for audio capture. They play a key role in many of our routine and more advanced/complex complaint investigations. Software is very good. Customer service excellent.

I needed 3x illuminating noise signs so contacted Estella, she sorted them out for me really quickly and her customer service is second to none, in addition to this I needed some other kit calibrated and was contacted by Lesley, again this was sorted straight away. I would highly recommend both the product and the staff. Keep up the good work Cirrus.

Buying products from Cirrus is always a delight and their aftercare is second to none. I had an issue connecting the devices to my PC, and they worked relentlessly to help me solve it. It turned out to be an issue with the laptop and not the device. The products are robust and reliable and the software is easy to use. The online training is a helpful tool when you've forgotten how to use something.

I had a problem with drivers moving from Windows 1`0 to Windows 11 machines. It took a few e-mails back and forth to sort the issue but Cirrus didn't give up until we had it sorted. Excellent Service

Seamless re-calibration procedure. I was reminded the noise meter calibration date, it was collected and returned with no problems.

Service and communications are always very good. One not so good is that calibrations are not set to continue after the last one expires, consequently I end up losing weeks then months ensuring the calibration is timely on an annual basis. A small point but can cross budget timelines causing budget analysis issues.

3 day turn around is advertised for calibration, was over 2 weeks before my equipment was returned letting down both myself and my clients.
