0 stars it's a complete scam bought them off Tik tok for 10 pounds for 2 and next day delivery apparently and its been 4 months and I have now just looked through these reviews and wished I looked at them before,now in contact with my bank about getting the money back,definitely should inform police department about this

Scam!! Ordered on the 19th February with "next day" delivery, still haven't received! Filing it with my bank to try get my money back! Disgusting company! AVOID!!
I wouldn't bother buying these diffusers, I purchased two on the buy one get one free on 22nd Feb. Said it was dispatched next day and still not arrived to this day. Emailed the company numerous times and no response. Complete utter scam can't even trace the items now as the tracker has gone. Will report this firm further

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It is a disgraceful company, like many others on here, I ordered the £9.99 deal after reading the reviews on their website. I placed my order on the 19th February 2022 and still have not received anything yet they have taken the money from my account. I have emailed them and no response, wish I had read the reviews on this page before I had ordered.
Do not order from these adverts on TikTok. I ordered on the 20th Feb and was told it was dispatched same day. Heard nothing since. Tracking info doesn’t work and had no reply to multiple emails. Absolute scam!
Please do not buy from these people, the website has gone and they are just scamming people.

Ordered their flame diffuser, said 2 days delivery time its now been over 5 days and nothing has arrived. I emailed them with my inquiry and they did not reply. I would not recommend if the product arrives i will update my review.
