Failed to attend a confirmed home…
Failed to attend a confirmed home appointment and Mr Waite gave an excuse of double booking the appointment time after initially stating he thought the appointment had not been confirmed the previous week.
Informed myself that he was not available after the 28th March as he was away on holiday.Very unprofessional approach and as the end user I was left with a feeling that he was disinterested and did not inspire confidence in this company's services.Subsequently I was telephoned by Mr Waite clearly upset at my review. During an emotive call on his part I was berated as an individual trying to destroy his business! Moreover I was unable to have a civilised rapport with him where any misunderstandings could have been addressed. He terminated the call calling me a pathetic man.He also spoke of personal matters which out of courtesy to him I am not prepared to divulge in this review. That said the conclusion I have drawn from this experience is that our personal circumstances should not be introduced into our commercial lives and seeking to blame a prospective client for your own current difficulties is certainly unfair, inappropriate and unprofessional.I was seeking professional help and guidance not a character assassination and a lecture on the effects of a cancer diagnosis having lost my own wife to breast cancer. Mr Waite is not a person I wish to have any dealings with whatsoever and I hope he and the company he represents deal with any criticisms in an appropriate and sensitive manner. Clearly I will not be recommending Paramount Will Writers and will remember this contact for all of the wrong reasons!!
