Ordered product on March 18th. Received confirmation and card was charged. Got a message on March 25th that it had shipped. The tracking number doesn’t work. No one will respond to my requests for an update. Ugh — I’ve been scammed….
I ordered 4 months ago. Nothing. No email, no answer to my try’s on different Plattforms. Its a scam. I paid for nothing. Don’t make the same mistake.

Very poor-quality product, not as shown in the photos. The website looks good, but they make you believe the products come from England, whereas everything actually comes from China.
My order was not delivered (I live in Spain) and I reached out to customer service many times through email, whatsapp, facebook and instagram with my order number and all the shipping information. They never replied. I then reached out with a general shipping question (as if I was a new customer), and received a reply in 1 day. So they are choosing to purposely ignore customers that have problems with their orders. Really bad service. Would not recommend ordering from this shop.
