Company is now under new management - Levon and his brother. They do not pay installers and have bad reviews removed from all sources. Please do not use this company - they were on CTV news for owing installers hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Patient and friendly staff.Good prices and Bill was very helpful.
Great Service Great price expert knowledge and guidance. Fitted carpets and Lino upstairs and downstairs. Fitters worked non stop for two days and were courteous and extremely skillful. Would not go anywhere else.
Knowledgeable, helpful sales representative. But salesperson continually avoided giving a specific, written price quote applicable to Costco members. The alternate pricing provided would have been more acceptable except that the installation, although otherwise well done, still shows numerous visible seams at joints in the carpet months later - even after having had the installer come back the day following installation.

Installer was fantastic but they sent 1 for a 1550 sq ft installation. My family had to move furniture (I'm 62 yrs, female who lilves alone-had to call daughter and son in law) I called Larry the Mgr. that day to inquire about this and he never returned any calls. The installer worked incredibly hard and it took two days. NOt sure I'd buy through City Carpets again. Love the carpet but disappointed. I feel once sale was made and promises extended, they fell short.
