An Overcrowded Cruise
I felt like the boat was too packed with people. I didn't even feel safe. I looked for life jackets and definetely we didn't have enough for all the people on board. It is a good thing that we didn't need them or I could be dead!

We had an amazing experience on this cruise! Seeing the New York City skyline from the water was absolutely breathtaking and gave us a completely different perspective of the city. The views of the Statue of Liberty, the bridges, and the Manhattan skyline were unforgettable.
The boat was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the entire tour was well organized. I highly recommend this cruise to both visitors and locals looking to experience New York from a unique point of view. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

When you must go
First, the experience was not great; second, it is positive that the company offers cruise brunches, particularly for those who can afford it; and lastly, when you book a cruise brunch with citycruises, don't select the upper deck if you think you'll need a bathroom; there is only one on the lower deck, and when you must go, that's terribly inconvenient.

Loved city cruises! Loved going under the Golden Gate
The food was good, the view is beautiful, the staff excellent, loved the entertainment, and saw two whales on our journey, along with dolphins and sea lions. What a joy.

My customer experience was not great
My customer experience was not great. We enjoyed the music, scenery, and some of the food. However, the meat was dry and the servrr was not as accomodating as we expected.
Even though I informed her when the cruise first started, she didn't tell the DJ to shout out my son's graduation until the cruise was over and most people had already left the boat.Therefore, we didn't enjoy the accolades from the other guest like others who were celebrating a special occasion and received a timely shout out. I had already given her a tip before we realized she didn't inform the DJ in time.

We originally booked the tour for Alcatraz
We originally booked the tour for Alcatraz but it was cancelled the morning of our afternoon scheduled tour.
I received an email only a few hours before we were planning to leave for the city. I called and was given the choice to get a refund or could schedule the city boat tour which we did. That tour was only $17 less and it was a mediocre tour to say the least. Nothing like the Alcatraz tour which we have done years ago. :(

The atmosphere was great
"THE Red Hot Babes " a chapter of the Red hat society showed up and turned out. The food was good
