Great service and very responsive. I booked sea world Abu Dhabi tickets for eid holidays. On Thursday night at around 10 PM I decided and was searching for best offer for Friday visit. Found them to be the cheapest with 318 per person (15% discount). They were very active on whatsapp chat even at that time and assisted me so well. I gave it a shot and booked the tickets and in next 15 mins they sent me the tickets to email and whatsapp. And guess what they even upgraded and gave me 1 day 2 park access tickets in Yas Island for no extra cost. So we happily went for sea world and WB world as well. Can’t thank them much.

Dear Swati, we are sorry to hear from you about the hotel rooms. But trust me this is nothing to do with CItylaila. For any room-related issues, you need to talk to the Yas Island hotel and ask them to upgrade according to your requirements.
Your package includes a standard room with the park. We have no access or control over room size; we have only control over giving a reasonable price that we gave to you. As we advise you over the chat, speak to the hotel reception and request them to upgrade the room.

I have purchased tickets to Aquaventure water park in Atlantis twice from Citylaila. I received tickets within 10minutes of purchase.
Tickets from Citylaila were very cheap comparing to prices on the door.
