I was pleasantly surprised when I received my first item from City Lights. Not only was it well packaged to prevent damage during shipment, it arrived in a timely manner. I have done business with several other good collectibles dealers over the years, and City Lights exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was looking for a gag gift for my husband who got chased out of his campsite by a cougar while hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. City Lights had the best looking stuffed cougar and their customer service team was very helpful in answering my questions. I would recommend them for all your stuffed animal needs.

Although I am not home to see the things I ordered. The Customer Service before and while ordering was great. they even when as far as to look up things on the net for me.

My wife has a Christmas elf collection, 21 total to this point. City Lights Collectibles has a good selection, they ship fast and the packing is very good. Throughout the years I have ordered many foundation angel figurines from City Lights Collectibles. I have never been disappointed. Shopping and ordering is made easy. The products are shipped out by the next day, and the delivery is quick. Every angel was packaged well, and never had a damaged product. I will be a returning customer for years to come.

I shop at City Lights Collectibles for Jim Shore Figurines. They have a great selection of these items in stock at all times. I had to return one Christmas item at one time with no problem at all.

My only complaint is that Jim Shore items can usually be found at lower prices in other online stores. I would shop at City Lights Collectibles more often if they had more sales, offered discounts, or provided coupons.

I have purchased multiple times from City Lights and never failed to be completely satisfied. The contact folks are always very helpful. Rarely is an item unavailable. If something is damaged in shipping it is taken care of without any hassle. I appreciate being able to order something and receiving it very timely, no tax for being out of state and the greatest benefit of no shipping for ordering above the threshold.

You offer free postage if purchases over certain amount, What about half off or sum sort of discount on OS purchases, I feel like I get ripped off every time I buy, and I always buy 3 or 4 items every time I buy, Thank you

City light collectibles has always been good to communicate. I'm from Denmark (europe) yet they answer my emails so fast. And I always recieve my packages on time AND in mint condition. :-)

I have been collecting Department 56 - Dicken's Village lighted buildings for a number of years. A few years ago my husband found City Lights website on line. Now we do all of our ordering through City Lights. The free shipping policy is great and they always ship quick. I recommend them to family and friends whenever I can.
