Worst company EVER! Do NOT buy from this company. Customer service is some of the worst I have ever dealt with. All canned responses and no help. Lesson learned and $50 in the wind.

I guess I can’t really complain because you get what you pay for. Saw a good deal (I thought) bought the product plus an add on and the products are nothing like what they are portrayed. I have reached out to express my disappointment and haven’t heard back yet.

I was already to order and saw there were reviews, am I glad that I read them first. I have experienced the same thing with another company that I purchased from thru Facebook. The worst part is that the items are so cute and you want to order. Thanks everyone for writing reviews!!!

Bad doesn't describe this company - it is much worse. It is a fraudulent undertaking, once you've paid, it refuses communication and neither accepts cancellations nor returns. I hope it is investigated, I've reported it.

NEVER, but really NEVER, buy from this company. I ordered Premium 4D Electric Shaver on April 20th 2019. Till today I didn't get it.

I wrote few messages, but that didn't help.

That is the fraudulent company - It seems that they sell just pictures from other companies.

This company I can not rate there is nothing lower than a minus. I ordered a grey bag and received a beige how hard is it to admit they made a mistake. No they are saying my beige bag I received is grey. Please save your money this company are just scammers

Don't order from this company. They are a Chinese company and they will not refund your money if you don't receive your merchandise. I ordered two purses over three months ago. They can't or won't refund my money and I still have not received my order. Save yourself the trouble!

Ordered a razor from them shaving head broke first time I used it am not able to get on contact with them,to resolve problem. Never buy anything from them. Wish I could rate Zero not even worth one star ratting

I ordered two bags on the 22 March, five days later I got a tracking number that did not work. I waited for a few days and tried the tracking again, no luck. I contacted Amy at CityOdyssey and explained the tracking was not working only to be told to be patient.
I order goods from many Countries incl Hong Kong and haven’t come across this before which I explained to Amy. So yet again I waited another week, by this time I am very concerned and came on here and read everything from you guys. By this time I am not happy at all and sent another email dated 20 April, making it clear that I was hugely disappointed having not getting my items and they should have the decency to send me a valid tracking number so I know they have posted my goods. After another week, I gave up and thought I had been scammed. Four days ago I got an email with a tracking that worked, two days ago I got my order. Phew!. When I looked at the tracking, they didn’t mail my goods till the end of April, it then took only eight days to get to me.I emailed back and said I had received my order, the bags are lovely and good value. What a shame they took those weeks of delay to ship my items and could they explain this to me.And then I gave them my years of experience in sales and customer service and what they needed to do as a new company to get their customers to have faith in them, I’ve yet to receive a reply.
My only advice is to keep your cool, be forthright without being rude, keep emailing how this makes you feel and why. I maybe one of the lucky ones but nevertheless keep trying you never know. Maxine

I will never order from them again I order some stuff and never got it and it's been over 1 month now. I been trying to get in touch with them about my order or a refund and still no answer. I feel they are on bull crap or just a fake company. Now I'm going to go and try to dispute the charges to get a refund with my card I used

I Bought a product on march 31, and recived an e mail a few days later with a tracking nr.
The number did not work, and i contacted the seller.
They told me that they would look in to it, and if i havent heard anything from them in 2 days i should write back. And so i did, 4 times!! I have not heard anything from them since.

I would not buy from this company. I was emailed a tracking number upon purchase of the goods, which did not work. I spoke to Fed Express, they'd never heard of the company. I made a claim with Paypal, and then 3 weeks after I had purchased I got a revised tracking number from a different courier and it was being shipped from Hong Kong! Their support email address bounces and they do not return emails. Eventually, item arrived 4-5 weeks later. It's OKAY, but a fairly cheap quality but.

Don't buy from this company if you want a good shopping experience. They false advertise, don't respond back to emails after a point and they don't let you return items when they clearly say on their website that you 30 days to return them for any reason. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen! Had to raise a claim with PayPal to start things moving.

This company is appalling. I ordered a handbag on the 17th March 2019 and to date I have not received it (it is now the 17th April). I have emailed them and they replied saying they will look into it but have heard nothing since. They have really bad reviews on Facebook of very similar situations.

I paid via PayPal so have raised a dispute with them today and I'm hoping for a refund. Do not order anything from them. I'm sure they operate under other names as well and advertise a lot on Instagram.
