It was great working with Kelly from City Relay, she was super helpful, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend Kelly and City Relay, we found a great apartment.

I have 4 high end flats in Kensington & Chelsea and tried to call this Company 4 times to speak to someone about Management services. The phone rang continously and was not answered. The next time for a long time and then someone who did not seem to know anything took a message. 3 times again I called - NO ONE replied. If they can't manage themselves it holds no hope for tenants and property administration - I was with Hostmaker for 7 years until they went bust owing me £7000 and do not want to get bitten again.

Booked via Airbnb, a very nice stay. The team is extremely reactive and helpful.

The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days on site. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the space had a real “home away from home” feel.

Great location, right in front of the metro station, a Tesco, and tons of places to eat.

I stayed at a flat at Pelican Warf in Wapping. Very beautiful flat with the most beautiful view. Spacious and well decorated. Quiet, peaceful area. About a 8 minute walk to the train. Shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again. Host was very responsive and flexible.

I was in London with my husband, daughter and daughter's partner for a funeral. We needed a 2 bedroom place to stay for two nights close to the tube and London overground in Islington.

This flat in Highbury was perfect and had absolutely everything that we needed on our doorstep.

This was an amazing location and an amazing apartment. There are three levels which allows you to be apart from your party or altogether on the first floor. The apartment was well equipped, the showers were great and beds were very comfortable. The apartment is only walking distance from Notting Hill gate, the Underground subway, many pubs and bakeries, and anywhere you want to go. I would highly recommend staying here.

We spent three days in London and the apartment was truly excellent. Spacious, with hardwood floors and high ceilings. It’s located right next to a quiet park, yet just a few steps away from London’s vibrant nightlife. Everything with the host went smoothly and easily—from check-in to check-out. They even reached out to let us know we could contact them anytime if we had questions or needed anything. I can highly recommend this apartment and would book it again without hesitation.
