Our experience with City Used Furniture

This company agreed to buy some used office furniture from us, they said in writing collection would be w/c 26th July. On 23rd July we asked for a confirmed date and were then told someone had been on holiday & they were sorry but it hadn't been booked in with with their transport collection department however they still wanted our items and collection would now be on the 5th August, they put this in writing again, then on the 4th August they said they couldn't collect as they were 'too busy' and it would be a month or so before they could get to us. Finally today on 23rd August they now said they don't want our items any more. We feel they have wasted 6 weeks of our time and they have messed us around.
