Attempted to work with me lester but very unprofessional and rude.didnt like to be questioned about process .he become very defensive when thought his authority was being questioned.we had high hopes in achieving our goals to own property in arizona but couldn't realize it with mr lester.to bad.on with our search of finding someone who will achieve our goal.

Our refinance loan service with Citywide Home Loan was excellent. The loan Officer, Joel Stice, was very clear in explaining the whole application and approval process. He checked in at different stages of the application to ask us if we had questions. Emails or voice mail reminders were sent to us when critical documents and signatures were needed. It made the complicated steps less stressful. We appreciated his advocacy for us in different areas so we could maintain the quoted interest rate. Customer services were supreme. We would return to the company for future loans.

Austin worked to get us exactly what we wanted. I was very happy with him and the team at citywidehomeloans.

It was a pleasure working with Vidya. She was very knowledgeable and was always up front. She was patient and explained everything to us and made herself available if we needed her.
