I was directed to this lender (Joel Stice) by another lender. I was inquiring about their mortgage rates but didn't get any clarification. Unfortunately, he seems to lack transparency. He was very confusing, rude, and pretentious. He made the process appear a lot harder than it should've been. AVOID.

Excellent service in refinancing our home after additions were made. Great agents provided quick friendly action to accomplish our needs and desires.

Roxanne Tychsen was are agent on are refinancing. She was amazing to work with and all ways has been delightful to work with over the years! We highly recommend her if you are looking for someone in tooele County.

So very frustrating, communication was delayed or not clear. Items were asked for duplicate times or the processor was not clear what was needed and had to go back and forth. Even when we'd get stuff back to her within hours file had to be resubmitted to the back of the line causing us to close later. Beyond stressful when your processor seems to not know the file. Better off going with someone else.

Thank you from beginning to end of this entire process, which is the biggest endeavor chosen to enter. Erin was professional and in constant contact in communication and support, crossing the threshold I hope to be mindful of this always.

Brandon Welch and the Citywide team delivered excellent service. They all the guidance needed to get us through the loan origination process quickly. The Citywide Loan Tracker application showing the status of each key step in the loan process was great and helped relieve the some of the stress customers feel during an unfamiliar process. Our loan closed on time and without any problems.

Jeremy and Chris were really helpful in getting our loan financed quickly. We had a 3 week deadline to close, but they got it done even faster despite a holiday right in the middle. And it was for a really low rate. Overall, well done.

We had an excellent experience with our refinance through Citywide Home Loans. Our loan officer, Alfredo Otero, was super helpful throughout the whole experience. He was readily available, over-the-top helpful, and made everything super easy for us all along. He was not pushy at all, and we found him to be a trustworthy and dependable advisor. We would certainly sign up for this experience again if we need a home loan!

Mr. Alfredo Otero had provided excellent customer service since the beginning. He was very professional and very patient while assisting me during the process of refinancing my home. He returned calls in a timely manner and processed paperwork really fast. He made everything went smooth sailing within a short period of time. I got my loan approved in no time a low interest rate. I appreciated the fact that Mr. Otero sent me the Loan Tracker in a daily basis, so I would know where we were at. I would definitely refer Mr. Otero to all my friends and colleagues. Ms. Henson has been handling out property financing needs for 30 years. My mistake, I went with our banker in appreciation for his help during Covid. We started the refinance in March, have followed him through two companies and countless promises, deadlines, and details missed. I called Kristi for advice, she said if you need me, I am here (even for just advice}. She admitted it is a tricky business and the regulations are giving "self employed" a tough time. Small towns are small business and self employed, grrrrrr. I told her, she did not try to lure me away...one more set back and I am pulling the plug. Well, more excuses, I pulled the plug and I am back where I should have gone, knew I should have gone, all along. She is so gracious, live and learn...she had us locked and pre-approved in days, not months. Only saving grace is this time, I already have all my documents together!! She knows the business, she knows homes, property and ranches and she works for you. Straight up, best person for the job...like I said, no matter what is going on in our lives, she has been there for us with knowledge and the power to get the job done for over 30 years. I thought the process was easy, logical, and progressive throughout. I have yet to see my new monthly payment/billing. I'm sure it will arrive soon.

Working with Rachel at Citywide Home Loan was excellent. I am a first time home buyer and I had a lot of concerns regarding getting a loan. I read a few reviews online with different companies and read some horror stories. With Rachel, that wasn't the case at all. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to explain to me the whole process. Rachel got me prequalified just to make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time looking for homes that are over my budget.
My application process was straight forward and hassle free. If you do your part by providing all the necessary documents needed, you can assure that Rachel does her part to get things done right on time. My closing date was right on with the anticipated schedule. Communicating with Rachel was excellent, she was prompt with her responses and she was willing to make phone calls for me to the home insurance company to make sure things are done right.

During my loan process there were a few obstacles to over come that I am sure were unique and not expected. RaeJeanne was supper helpful and stood by my side throughout the entire process. Because of her positive attitude and consistent determination to succeed with the closing of my home, I would highly recommend Citywide along with RaeJeanne.

Eric Dickenson was our mortgage broker. He was fantastic from Day one. Eric was very professional & knowledgeable about
mortgages. He was available to answer all our questions. He responded quickly & was able to guide us thru the online process along with his support person.
We are so appreciative of Eric as we were able to receive a great mortgage rate in a timely fashion.
Eric is a good communicator, has a positive attitude and he has excellent people skills!!
