⚠️ Warning to Other Sellers – Civilian Store (Formerly Vintage Voice Ltd)

This review is based on my direct business experience.

we supplied vintage branded clothing to Vintage Voice Ltd (now operating as Civilian Store, civilianstore.co.uk
). The agreed terms were payment on delivery, but even after two years, the buyer has not made any payment.

The total due amount is GBP 16,731.43, covering a large wholesale order that included:

Filson, Carhartt, Averix, and Schott leather jackets

Burberry trench coats and short jackets

Arc’teryx, Belstaff, and Army Alpha MA1 jackets

French worker shirts, Levi’s trousers, and rework vintage items

After receiving all goods, the buyer stopped responding and has changed company and Instagram names multiple times (previously “Vintage Voice Ltd”, now “Civilian Store”).

This behavior is highly unprofessional and dishonest.
I strongly advise suppliers, wholesalers, and vintage traders to avoid any dealings with this company.
