The best tour/experience operator. I used it dozens of times through the years, I never had a problem.

Andres was an amazing guide who taught us a lot about the history of Quito, the cathedrals, the local tribes. He took his time to explain everything and was never in a rush! The chocolate tasting experience was nice 😊 would recommend as a safe and enjoyable way to discover the old part of Quito/Centro Historico.

Our walking tour of San Jose was entertaining and informative. Our guide gave us just the right amount of detail about historical events.

Really good customer experience and the prices are not too high, like other platforms that offer the same services

Have made a reservation for a day trip to bruges Belgium. The tour operator send me a message saying that the trip would have to include and another city, of not my interest
Have tried to contact them without any success. Already paid the money and nobody bothers to acknowledge anything! Bad service, unreliable operator, that gives me no choice in the last minute to make other plans or at least have the decency to refund my money.
I have to update my evaluation by saying that on the day of the trip, the tour operator offered me the option of leaving Bruges by train and actually issued and paid a train ticket for that purpose. That allowed me to stay more time in the town of my choice and therefore sorted the problem to a considerable degree.

Carman was a very good friendly guide, we enjoyed our visit!

Our guide, Michael, knew all about Brasilia. His explanations were always clear and complete. A 4 hour tour to discover Brasilia and its architecture is a must. I strongly recommend it

We had a very bad experience with this company regarding an experience in Playa del Carmen. The voucher generated by Civitatis stated a pick-up time from the reception at 6:30 AM (respectively, the same time was confirmed the day before with a reminder email). We were at the reception even 10 minutes earlier than it was written on the voucher and after 40 minutes of waiting we decided to contact the company. Accordingly, with all their impudence, they told us that this was the departure time from Cancun, but there were no such details on our voucher. In the end, it turned out that for us the pick-up time was at 8:30 AM. Then I got very angry and said that I wanted to be compensated, because if we as customers were late, say by 20 minutes, the bus would have left without us and we would have lost our money. But in the end, the company is unforgiving and impudent and regardless of everything they think that there is no mistake on their part and they do not want to offer any compensation.

Great fun, and very informative, I would use these again.

This is a fraudulent website. Please do not book your activities through here and book when you get to your destination. You are highly likely to find cheaper and trustable tickets.

Driver and guide looked after everything. There were no worries and a very informative trip. Cienfuegos was also surprisingly pretty and unique... I was particularly thankful they got us some time at the beach...

Thw tour was excellent . The guide was informative and entertaining.

Unfortunately, the experience was negative due to the Italian-speaking guide. She talked a lot but listened very little: when questions were asked, she did not allow people to finish speaking and repeatedly anticipated what she believed the answers would be, which became quite annoying.

On the return to Bangkok, after dropping off the first couple, we passed just a few minutes away from our hotel, but the guide decided not to let us get off and asked the driver to continue in order to drop her and the other couples off first. Due to Bangkok traffic, this resulted in returning to our hotel more than an hour later than expected, despite the fact that we were the only family traveling with a child. The explanations provided were not convincing, and the organization appeared to be based on personal convenience rather than the needs of the customers.

We had booked the free tour in Havanna. Our tour guide Claudia was very friendly, flexible and extremely knowledgeable. We had a great time with her. I can highly recommend it.

Lovely talk. It could be bettered by:
1/ moving more - not sure if it’s a wise educational experience to be stuck 40 minutes or so within three exhibits four meters apart!
2/ show copies of documents of the first encounters of Spanish imperialists - that’s what they were - meeting Aztecs etc. Rather than the Division Treaty of Tordisilla. Or at least more original first encounter documents. Saying so as a historian.
3/ more access to more parts of the building.
It was rather underwhelming
