Overpriced service which doesn't even function very well. My transfer from Malaga airport came late so that I had to wait the driver to arrive. At full day Alhambra trip was heavily overpriced: the entrance to the Nasrid Palace costs at the most 10 euros extra, but Civitatis charged 23 euros extra. I would advise anyone planning to trip to Alhambra to buy the guidance straight from the Alhambra or the My Top Tour (excellent guide). Only good thing with Civitatis was, that we participated at Alhambra the tour organised by My Top Tour.

We had an amazing experience on the desert tour to Ghost City Al Madam, combined with dune bashing. The entire excursion was exciting, well-organized, and truly unforgettable.

The driver never showed up at the airport in la Havana Cuba!
Had to pay again for another taxi to take us 2h30 away!
3h after the planned pickup time, the company called asking "where are you? The driver is waiting for you"

And now they don't want to refund me!

I bought the tickets for a specific time and on the day of the visit I received a random WhatsApp message saying the museum had a problem and could not take us in the time that we purchased for and that we would have to go later, not even taking into consideration if we would be able to go later. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, I never received the QR codes that are needed to get into the museum.

Always great excursions and information. Loved it!

Our expedition to the Merzouga desert was a wonderful experience, in great part due to our guide Said. His professionalism and attention paid to us allowed for smooth travels, with lots of specks of interesting information.

Scammers, bus per ticket at 815 2 hours later no bus. Their AI bot logs you out and you can’t chat or talk with a real person. They not only stole $67.34 they refused to assist . We will have to open a complaint and get back to you at an email. They are liars, scammers, thieves, crooks, and do not provide assistance in any fashion.

I don’t understand how they have such a high rating. We booked the Nile cruise with them and everyone traveling through Civitatis was placed on deck -1, right next to the engine. It was unbearable. It’s impressive how they’ve managed to achieve such a Google rating. Don’t be fooled.

Avoid. States that tour was ‘free’ but at the end being forced to pay a tip, okay fine maybe should have expected that but when 10 euros were given, the guide forces to give more, when clearly the way the tour was given did not warrant any more than 10, horrible

The best part of the tour was the guide: polite, attentive, and friendly. The worst part was that we requested a Spanish-speaking guide, but we were given one who spoke English.
