Super helpful team who helped explain and process my issues (due to my lack of tech savviness). would thoroughly recommend

I've been using CIX since they first started. They have been my ISP for years. They may not be the cheapest but they have faultless customer service which is both technically competent and always there for you going above and beyond. You can't say that about most of the big players!

I took the unexpected opportunity to get out of my BT Business contract without penalty by contacting three companies detailing the service I was interested in. CIX was the only one to respond.

They matched exactly what I wanted and have been helpful and supportive throughout the ordering and configuration. This is already a world away from my previous experience.

I always get a prompt response.
The person knows what they are talking about.
They're very helpful with any details or queries.

CIX has been my ISP for many years now. They may not be the cheapest, but their customer service is fantastic. I have a retail account with them, and don't pay for 24/7 service. Yesterday (Saturday) I had a query (not even a problem) about my account and emailed their support team. The answer was waiting when I got up today (Sunday)! You can't get much netter than that.

I have had serious issues not being able to send outgoing email from my Samsung tablet and Iphone. Rang CIX and got a very helpful man called Alan. I am not good at IT but he talked me through possible problems and I got the Iphone working, but not the tablet.This was really difficult, so I asked my local computer man too. Had reply from CIX and with couple of email instructions, I actually managed to get it working. Miracle. Cant speak highly enough of the help and support that CIX gave me. I need to take my tablet away at weekend for family funeral and needed it working, so a real life saver. Thanks CIX

Had some issues recently with my telephone line, and the support staff are always very helpful and worked through to a successful resolution.

Outstanding support. Despite being a very small customer needing support to transfer our website from a Wordpress to a Wix one, we couldn't fault the help we received. Quick, accurate and friendly advice from Marc Kemp & Alan Keyes. They guided us IT-inexperienced folks through the whole process and everything went very smoothly.
