This company was engaged to refurbish our shower room. They were paid in full. When they had “finished” the shower leaked and continued to leak, no matter how frequently they came back and until after the end of the guarantee period. They brazenly told us “it has defeated us” and “we will not be coming back”, paid £45 for one visit by a local plumber and abandoned us. We never saw them again. We had to engage a COMPETENT tradesman at our own additional expense to fix what they had been incapable of doing.
