Posting accusations without context does not allow us to investigate or resolve anything.
We categorically reject claims that we “scam traders.” Payouts are processed after risk and compliance review. Yes, delays can happen in certain cases due to deeper checks, but delays do not equal non-payment. Many traders continue to receive payouts successfully, Thank you!
Not Worth it, Keep away
Firstly I have received 2 payouts from CK Capital over my 8 months with them. However it took 3 months for the first to get paid and 2 months for the second. Mine was quick compared to others. There are people still waiting 6 months plus with no explanation why. The poor reviews are 100% valid and should be read before before buying. Although they seem to be doing a banging trade in Nigeria with all these 5 star reviews they are getting from there. Funny none on them are on the funded traders discord group.
They are claiming 0 denied payouts, however I know a number of people who have not been paid and banned from the firm. The way they try and get around it is by claiming people are cheating and then kick them without payment. This happened in December to a few traders and I know a couple of them. They didn't cheat.
They are sending out small payouts maybe 1 or 2 a week to make it look like things are smooth and normal but that is far from the truth. It looks clear that they are struggling big time to pay any sizable payouts, maybe 1 a month. Don't be fooled with the 70% discounts. They keep promising 48 hour payouts and have been saying that since I joined in July 2025. To the public they are still saying to this day that payouts are smooth and are not delayed. Lies I'm afraid. They recently removed CTrader and gave none or very little notice to traders. Id image this was done to save money. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! Shame

We acknowledge that there were delays in processing these payouts. However, a delay does not mean a payout was denied. In some cases, our risk and compliance team conducts deeper reviews. These checks can involve multiple layers to ensure fair use of the platform and to protect both the firm and genuine traders. Once reviews are completed, payouts are released accordingly. Many traders continue to receive payouts successfully, including large amounts.
Regarding claims of denied payouts: we do not deny payouts. In cases where accounts are found to be in violation of trading rules, Even in some of those situations, partial or prior payouts were still honored before accounts were closed. We understand that from the outside this can be misunderstood, but decisions are based on internal investigations and data.
On the topic of payout timelines, we continue working toward faster processing. While we aim for quicker turnarounds, review periods can extend processing time.
As for cTrader: the decision to remove it was based primarily on ongoing technical issues and user feedback. It was not a cost-saving measure. We are exploring options to reintroduce it or provide stable alternatives once conditions with the platform provider are stable.
We respect all feedback positive or negative and we encourage traders to read reviews and do their own research. At the same time, we ask that publicly shared information reflects the full context. You have been paid and we remain committed to paying traders who follow the rules and complete the review process successfully.

Lies!! Your spreads are high 24 hours a day!! I analyzed and compared them for 3 days with several other brokers. Your trading conditions are the worst on the market. Your policies are not above the law!! When I requested a refund I hadn't opened any trades and after publishing this review I was threatened and banned from the company. You are robbing people, stealing dreams, you don't pay, you are criminals!! I hope that one day you will pay for all the harm you have done to the Forex community.

On spreads:
You’re absolutely free to compare spreads across different brokers and firms. Trading conditions can vary from broker to broker and also depend heavily on market conditions, liquidity and volatility. During high-impact news events or volatile sessions, spreads naturally widen across the industry this is normal and not something any single firm can fully control. Outside of those periods, our spreads remain in line with the liquidity providers we work with.
On refunds:
Refund requests are handled according to the policies agreed to at the time of purchase. If an account or service falls outside the refund criteria, the request may be declined in line with those terms. This is standard practice!
On the claim of threats:
We want to be very clear, we do not threaten clients. In your case, the ticket history shows you repeated messages referencing legal action and accusations toward the team.
We categorically reject claims that we are “stealing” or acting unlawfully. Many traders continue to use our services and receive payouts after completing required reviews. At the same time, we understand that not every trader will have a perfect experience, and we remain open to resolving genuine issues.

6 months delay and still no payout - Stay Away!!!!
Where do I begin, I took my $100k challenge with CK on the 7th July 2025, passed both phases by 5th August 2025. Started trading my funded account 8th August 2025 and made a payout request 22nd August 2025 for $3,800 after 67 trades. For some reason today being 11th Feb 2026 I still have had no rise invitation and coming on 6 months waiting for my payout or some sort of resolution.
CK have around 20+ traders all waiting 2, 3, and 5 months for payouts, now we're being told all payouts will be resolved by end of March 2026 when orginally promised 48 hr payouts by November 2025 which is absolutely ridiculous.
The CEO Dan Cheung says nothing to us in the funded chat but will comment every day on his YouTube videos and when he does come on to the discord he calls us cheaters and swears non stop and tells us we're ungrateful and can go trade elsewhere. Even though we did everything to reach payout.
The mods and staff will claim no payouts denied and 20 days in the general chat yet I'm here with the record of 174 days after payout request and others are 140, 150 days also in waiting.
If anyone is considering trading with them please stay away with a barge pole, get a smaller account with FTMO or other reputable firms.
They will screw you over and then ban you from the discord for expressing your disatisfaction with how they deal with their funded traders who actually support them.
I've had enough, left the server on my own accord and will just trade my live capital for the rest of the year.
Absolutely shocking and embarrasing company that sell a ponzi scheme to hopeful traders.

It's a very good prop firm
CK Capital is one of the trusted prop firm. It is trader friendly. Support team is very good. Dashboard is also easy to use. I have been with this firm since it's beginning. But I have not heard any complaint of payout denial.
