they have a discord server that is pretty much 24/7 support. you raise tickets and they'll answer any questions and try help you. the mods are very quick to respond and issues are normally resolved within the day.
there's lots of members in the discord regularly chatting.
the Rules for most of the accounts are fair and better than most prop firms

Man its raining cats and dogs out here and i am stuck in this disgusting subway station soaking wet and absolutely fuming. I am literally shaking right now because CK Capital just straight up robbed me of my entire life savings. They are scammers and frauds and they wont let me take a single cent of my money out. I tried to withdraw and they just blocked my account for no reason those subhuman thieves. I am totally rekt and honestly i feel like i am ngmi after this rug pull. They got zero security and they just laugh while they steal from honest people like me. I was so desperate and losing my mind thinking i lost everything to these ck capital criminals but then i found out about STEADTRUST. If you got scammed like me you need to go to STEADTRUST right now because they are the only ones who actually know how to get your funds back from these dirtbags. I was so bewildered how easy it was for them to just take my alpha but STEADTRUST saved me. Do not trust ck capital they are a total fraud and a scam and they will leave you with nothing in the dirt. I am so done with this garbage company they need to be in jail for what they did. (－ω－)

I bought multiple accounts with CK Capital and their evaluation phases were very smooth and instant. I received my first payout from CK Capital after several attempts and twelve months of effort. I received my funded accounts immediately after passing phase one and phase two. The processing was so fast that I did not even wait for one hour. I have not seen this level of speed in any other firm when it comes to receiving a funded account.

If you follow the process and the rules, they do not ask for anything else because everything is automated. I contacted their support team for different queries and they were very transparent, quick, and helpful. They did not ask unnecessary questions and they clearly trust their traders.
Since it was my first payout, I received it a little later than expected, but it was within their rules and it was also during the Christmas period, so it was understandable.

This is my honest review , good firm until the withdrawal, over promising ...it says 15 days then 40days for a withdrawal, alot of us depends on the payout, Dan just do the talk and never show us any results, I hope he is reading this

I have good experience on CK Capital. They have a very great rules and amazing support team. The only one aspect that they need to improve is payout processing time which is a little bit long compare to other prop firm. But, surely they paid their traders.

Stay away from this prop firm. They lure people in with massive promotional offers that have no competition, which in itself should have been a major red flag. My experience, as well as the experience of my acquaintances, has been very negative.

Non-transparent spreads: I personally experienced the spread jumping to unreasonable levels during a trade, which drastically reduced my profit. Support’s response was vague and unsatisfactory—simply stating they would "try" to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Platform instability: The sudden and unexpected removal of cTrader support significantly disrupted the trading process.

Endless waiting for payouts: Although they stated a 30-day window in private messages with promises of faster payouts soon, the reality is appalling. A friend of mine has been waiting for a payout for over 4 months, which is completely unacceptable in this industry.

Censorship and community bans: As soon as I politely raised these specific concerns in the public Discord channel, my post was deleted within a minute and I was banned from the group. It seems their support only reacts quickly when it comes to silencing criticism.

If you don't want to risk your time and capital, I strongly recommend looking for a more reputable alternative.
