Not very happy with my tummy tuck surgery. Two cuts made instead of just one across. Not even fat taken out of my tummy so my tummy is not flat. It is oval. There is all this extra fat underneath my breasts so. Definitely won’t be using these guys nor would I recommend them. I have contacted Liza Many times but all she says is I need to diet. My stomach is the same shape as it is when I came out of surgery even now. After going to Istanbul previously and not having a great experience I told them what had happened and they assured me I would be very happy. Well I’m not happy in the slightest plus I paid more money than I would have paid in Istanbul. Like they say there is always one you manage to mess up. I am that one. Seriously upset and I have two big scars on my stomach too. Plus my belly button area hurts every time I bend down. Avoid like the plague pls

Just had a gastric sleeve operation at CK and it was a great experiance straight from when i landed the process was so easy no waiting around for pre op checks it was all done so quickly Felice is really lovely and explained everything to me Ulash was just the best always there for me the nurses were great to always making sure i was ok i for one would highly recommend coming to this hospital now i am in hotel for two nights before i go home A++++++++

I am 2 days post op. I fly home tomorrow. Everyone I've spoken with who is here having the same procedure has had a different experience, some more positive, some not so. The overriding theme when we talk together is how pleased we've finally done it. My own experience, started just 2 weeks pre op. I decided I wanted it done & quickly. I researched a little and found CK to be saying the right things. I booked on a Tuesday and flew out the Saturday. We (i brought my sister aling) were met by Sebastian who dropped us at the hotel as I arrived early hours of Sunday. I walked to the beach, 10 mins away and watched the sunrise. Sunday at 2pm I went to the hospital, had my pre op checks done and had a really lovely long sleep. Our room was very basic, but comfortable, I saw other patients with bigger, nicer rooms. Didn't matter so much for me, but my sister. Day of op I had further tests and was deemed healthy enough to go down. I had my op at 2 pm. Unfortunately I reacted badly to the anaesthetic bit couldn't have been in a better place, the nurses were in and out of my room codtantky, checking on me, ensuring I was hydrated and pain free. I felt I was being very well looked after. My favourite person throughout this all was Fatma. I wish I could bring her home, she had such a calming, motherly nature, mopping my brow, talking with me, keeping me calm. She is someone very special and deserves high praise. My surgeon was lovely. He came in to see me as I'd had the reaction, he ensured everyone was doing what they should and was very sweet.
I'm early days and will update as my journey continues but I truly believe I chose the best. And I'm so excited for my future.

What can I say!?! As a registered health care professional I was very thorough with the research into which company to use for my gastric sleeve surgery. I made contact with a few I had narrowed it down to but CK Health were my final choice. I decided to travel alone and I have honestly never felt more cared for and looked after. From start to finish everything was smooth, so professional and all the staff were amazing. The hospital was a beautifully clean private hospital, all tests were thorough and everything was explained. Most of staff spoke great English and if not staff interpreted. I have been home a few days now and feel absolutely fine. The patient Co-ordinators need recognition as they were amazing, Arda was mine and he was lovely. I chose the VIP option which gave me the lovely Fatima at night which was reassuring, and an extra night in the hotel. I spent this time recuperating and getting into a routine with managing my liquid diet. It definitely meant I felt fine for the flight home on my own.
Having since spoken to others who had surgery in Turkey whose experiences were not as positive, I know I made the right decision! Thank you to all at CK Health, and for those who are unsure, do your research and hopefully this review will help towards your decision xx

From 1st contact back in February, I have received nothing but friendly courteous service. There was no pressure to continue, all left to process the information at my own pace—any question whether random or not was answered professionally. From the moment I confirmed my booking, including my husband's details as he was my companion, every detail was covered to ensure the care I was about to receive was right. From the 2 weeks before arrival, I was given a coordinator who dealt with any questions I had including sending out my itinerary 7 days before. even with my flight being delayed I received messages checking all was well. When I finally arrived and got through the airport I was greeted by CK's driver and taken to the hospital for check-in and 1st pre-ops. Once done we were taken to the room I would be staying in where I was offered a final meal. An ECG and bloods were taken then from midnight it was time to sleep/rest before the rest of the pre-ops in the morning. The thoroughness of the pre-ops is 2nd to none, so thorough I required an additional test to ensure my safety in theatre (there was an additional cost but this was optional, either pay and confirm surgery or decline and surgery be declined).
once getting the all clear it was time to pay and then get prepped for surgery.
recovery from surgery was personally difficult as I suffered hugely from gas pains and extreme tiredness which became a vicious cycle. 48hrs later I was discharged from the hospital with painkillers, stomach protectors, rennies and a month's supply of protein shakes. CK's driver then took us to a wonderful hotel with fabulous sea views. time to rest and walk away the gas pains. when it was time to head to the airport we were collected and dropped off with plenty of time. since returning home they are only a message away for any questions I may have.
So glad I chose CK Health, their professionalism, politeness, understanding and support during any anxity/tears of natural worries were soon settled.....

I could not fault CK Health one bit,from start to finish they made my life changing decision to have surgery so much easier,all staff were reassuring,communication was amazing and not once was I left feeling lost.
Timing with transfers to and from the hospital were always prompt,and I was always greeted with a warm welcome from all staff.

The most amazing experience from start to end.

I really can’t recommend CK enough.
From the moment I got in touch with Liza on WhatsApp, I felt no pressure.
Everything was explained and every question answered.

Everything was booked for me and I arrived at the airport to be welcomed by Sebastian who was lovely!

When I got to hospital, I was met by Arda who checked me into the hospital etc and showed me to my room.
Arda then took me for my chest X-ray and then I went back to my room for the night.

The nurses, albeit not being able to speak much English were so lovely and could not do enough! They put in my cannula which was painless and hooked me up to liquids.

The following morning, I was met by Ulash and Filiz took me down for all my pre-op checks. I had an ultrasound, heart checks, lung function checks, saw a lung specialist and also an anaesthetist.
Ulash and Feliz were there every step of the way, ensuring they translated everything and I fully understood.

I then went back to my room and was told my op would be in 10 mins so I got myself ready and then was taken down with Filiz.

Op was preformed and when I came back up I was hooked up to all things to check my obs.
Nurses were in and out all the time, ensuring I was ok, giving me pain relief and ensuring I had enough fluid hooked up so I did not become dehydrated.
The gas pain is awful but pain relief and walking with the lovely Fatima made it a lot better. Nurses ensured they were constantly taking my obs, took bloods to make sure there was no issues and nothing at all seemed too much for them.

Surgeon came in to see me a number of times to tell me things had gone well and also to check on me.

The hospital is SPOTLESS!

On the day of discharge, Sebastian took me to the hotel.
We did have some issues with the hotel but Arda was in hand every step of the way and was really good with me and my mum at this point.

Since coming home, I’ve felt 100x better. I’m only 5 days post op and feel great.
Poor Ulash had had a million messages off me and answered every single one since I’ve been home. He truly is an asset to CK.

All protein powders are provided for a month, along with stomach protector tablets for a few weeks which I will need to get some more from my GP when I’ve been to see them.

I honestly can’t recommend CK enough. It’s obviously scary going for surgery abroad but they kept my mind at ease the whole time to the point I had no anxieties at all!

What can I honestly say I cannot thank ck health team for how I have been treated and cared for such a wonderful experience the staff are amazing so knowledgeable and helpful and truly caring I feel so happy with having my bypass with them and would highly recommend to everyone to use ck health ❤️
From first speaking to john who actually listened to my situation and helped me book to then Arda being my co ordinator and I didn't have a single thing to worry about he organised everything from flights collection from airport to then traveling home but also popped in to see me to see how I was and just genuinely caring . Also ulash who was also co ordinator and translator such a lovely man we had many laughs and always came to see me so helpful. Filiz and Fatima were just adorable so loving and caring and Dr Erdem my surgeon absolutely amazing so reassuring and caring I felt at ease throughout the whole experience and both me and my husband were looked after so well by everybody taken from hospital to a lovely hotel then met and said goodbye to which meant an awful lot to us both . The whole medical team are a credit to ck health never change any of them . We will be back next year to see them all thank you xx

I wanted to give you my story about my journey with CKHealth and why you should choose them.

Firstly from first contact months ago they were never pushy, not once did I feel like they were out to ‘get my money’ it was always relaxed and easy communication. They answered my millions and billions of questions very patiently and made me feel at ease. Worked with me around the dates that I needed to keep changing due to childcare and my fiancé’s work commitments. It was never too much trouble to do anything for me and this was all before I even got to Turkey.

Now from the minute I stepped off that plane I felt looked after, Sebastian picked me and my brother up and took us to the hotel swiftly. When we got there it was 3am we were quite hungry so I asked the man at the front desk about maybe getting some food and he gladly offered to order us something from the version of Uber eats they have. He said I could give him the cash, as I didn’t bring my card and he would call my room when it arrived (best pizza I’ve ever eaten as my last naughty meal!!)

Then when we got taken to the hospital I met Ulash, lovely, wonderful Ulash. He was there from start to finish, through all the tests and always checking in to see how everything was going. The whole experience from stepping through the door to going home was amazing. I felt so looked after the whole time and the English communication was really good from every single person I encountered in the hospital on our ward. The staff, nurses and of course the wonderful surgeon Dr Erdem, who visited me about 6 times throughout my stay before and after the op to check I was okay, held my hand, gave me a hug and of course answered any questions.

I met some beautiful people while I was in the hospital going through the same journey. If at any point you feel nervous or worried go and speak to whoever is there doing the same as you, you’ll probably find you all feel exactly the same and can ease eachothers worries or anxieties in a way nobody else can. I was lucky enough to meet a beautiful woman who had the surgery the day before and she answered all my many questions and let me see her incisions. Gave me the biggest hug I needed right in that moment and her lovely husband took my brother out to show him where good food was and drinks and the bank.

The pre operative tests they do at the hospital are thorough and professional, you really feel like you are getting a full MOT. The nurses are constantly coming in your room even through the night checking everything is okay and if you need/want anything. Nothing is ever too much and you don’t feel like they’re coming in too much, in fact I really appreciated knowing they would always be popping in even while I slept and checking my cannula and fluids. Also the hospital food for companion was incredible!

After my operation my O2 levels were dropping while I was a bit out of it and my brother was really worried so went out to get a nurse and when she came back they went up to normal, this happened another time and my brother was really starting to worry so went back out to find someone and as soon as Ulash knew what was happening he came into my room and stayed with me for about 40 minutes until he was satisfied that I was okay and making sure the nurses were fussing over me and getting me pain relief and anything else I needed. My brother said he had felt a little nervous until this point but immediately felt like everything would be okay. He said Ulash was genuinely concerned for me and watching over me which eased my brothers concerns.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everything and especially this small interaction between Ulash and my brother. The care I received even when I wasn’t fully conscious recovering and how they respect you and your companions 100%.

CKHealth are the best of the best. I don’t know of any other hospital and team that go above and beyond like the experience I had from start to finish. I researched for months and I am so glad that I decided to go with them, worth every single penny and I already feel fantastic.

Sorry this is long but I really wanted anyone with any concerns to hear my honest story. It can be scary going abroad but honestly CK Health will look after you from start to finish and even when you get home they will check in with you to see how things are going.

First class treatment at CK health. I had a gastric sleeve procedure. Your health is their priority, so expect lots of pre op and post op tests. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. I would recommend that you take a spare towel for your companion. I would have liked a chair in the room at the hospital and at the hotel as it would have been more comfortable than sitting or laying on the bed all of the time.

The staff at CK Health have looked after and my son very well. They arranged transport to and from the clinic and to and from the airport. They arranged the hotel accommodation which was lovely and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful, everything was taken care off which was less stressful for me. The hotel provided soup 24/7 which was great as that all I could eat!!! Lol Looking forward to my return visit in November for my final treatment.

My journey with CK health was fantastic from time I arrived to time I left hospital. They looked after me so well and nothing was too much. Special thanks to Sebastian my driver , Ulash and tuber the coordinators , Fatma and Shenai my English speaking nurses were brilliant and of course Dr Erdem the brilliant surgeon . Highly recommended as they put your mind at rest and look after everything.

I have recently had my gastric sleeve done, I'm currently 3 days post op. My experience has been a positive one. Staff are all so helpful and my surgeon visited often to check up on me.

I was treated very well from the moment we spotted our airport transfer to when we left for the hotel.

I have been following CK Health since xmas.
I got in touch via WhatsApp and spoke with john, he was very helpful with all the questions I asked and also put no pressure on me to book. I took the leap and booked 8 weeks before my surgery.
I had my op g/s on 10th June.
Firstly all the pre op tests were amazing , I really feel like I have had a full mot, they even found I had gallstones but made no difference to my procedure, and gave me paperwork for my Dr in the UK.
The team from start to finish john,Sebastian, fatima,ulash and many more were excellent, my care certainly came first.
My surgeon Dr Erdem was amazing and I also have to say he's a real cool dude.

I have just arrived home a couple of days ago from having my treatment done. I can not fault any part of my care from first enquiring to ck health to right up before I arrived with all my constant questions I was always answered with respect and I was never harassed or pushed to choose a date to go or to go ahead with the treatment. When I arrived I was treated the best I have ever been treated before and I’ve had several operations by the nhs and with poorly outcomes. I would just like to say that my patient coordinator ARDA is the best person and nothing was ever to much trouble for him and he always responded to me in a fast manner and helped me and went above and beyond for the whole 7 nights I was there, he is a genuine kind, caring and very helpful and reassuring person. Arda is still checking in on me each day since I’ve arrived back home I can not thank him enough for all he has done. My doctor Asim uslu is very thorough and explains everything clearly and wants the best for you he has done an excellent procedure on me to a very high standard he is to a very lovely down to earth man with alot of respect for you to and very caring and gentle, along with his assistant I didn’t catch her name but I saw her 3 times to and she was very gentle,kind and caring to each time she treated me. I very highly recommend this company so much so my own clients at home have now booked in and others are. I will return for other treatments myself as I have 1000% trust in this company and zero trust in the nhs thank you all at ck health ( I have forgotten names of the people from enquiring to booking in) for everything all of you have done from enquiring to now I will see you again in the future!!

Sebastian came to pick me at airport and made me feel comfortable straight away. At hospital the nurses and coordinators took good care of me. They checked on me constantly and the surgeon was lovely. He checked on me before and after the surgery.
The clinic was spotless and my room so clean. Same for the hotel where I stayed 2nights.

From beginning to end we have had a positive experience. The staff and surgeon were kind, compassionate and very professional. We felt in good hands the whole time. Whilst there for surgery we enquired about some white dental fillings. This was also arranged and for half the price of my dentist in the UK. Everything was explained and we knew what we had to do. Fatma, Ulash, Arda, Sebastian and most of all the talented Dr Asim deserve full praise for making the experience seem less. No regrets.
