CK Health Turkey Reviews 

This is my second time with CK Health, yet again they have been outstanding. The care and professionalism is constant from first contact from the UK, to arriving in Antalya and once again at home. I would highly recommend this company and all their amazing staff. I will definitely be using them again in the future with no hesitation.

From my first WhatsApp message with John, I have been blown away by the professionalism, care and kindness from the CK health team. I did extensive research into options here in the UK to other countries and Ck Health came out top every time.
I found I was not rushed into booking surgery and no matter how many questions I asked, they answered them so quickly.

John arranged all my flights provided me with all the details I required and checked in regularly. Nearing the surgery I heard from Ulash, who is an asset to the Ck Health team.
I was met at the airport by Arda and the Ck Health driver, the private transfer to the Hospital was so smooth and took away any stress.
The hospital itself is absolutely spotless, the nurses are incredible and the room spacious and comfortable. It has a very reasonably priced café where you can sit enjoy the sunshine. Fatima and Ulash went above and beyond to help my companion sort her coeliac meals.

Ulash help us through all the preop tests, ensuring he translated everything needed and also made us laugh along the way. Surgery itself went incredibly smoothly the private nurses Fatima and Melody are second to none. The VIP package is 100% worth it as I felt cared for throughout the night after surgery.

Dr Erdem checked in regularly before and after surgery, put me completely at ease and I felt genuinely cared for. He gave me complete faith in his abilities and helped me go into Surgery in a positive mindset. Nothing has been too much for C K Health, Sebastian kindly dropped us to the old town where we got to enjoy a morning of shopping, people watching and soaking up the Sun.
Ulash has continued to check in even once I’m home and answer any queries I may have.
I cannot recommend Ck Health enough and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.

I arrived late Sunday night and from my flight arriving I have been looked after so well. Sebastian picked me up from the airport, Had pre ops as soon as arrived and then more on Monday morning. Surgery was 13:00 on Monday. Went really well and apart from some gas pain all has been well, if you can get up and walk do so. I paid for VIP, it was so worth it, the support I have had from fatima and melody was what I needed. Dr erdem visited everyday and ulash and Arda came in every day to see how I was. The nurses on the ward are so polite too. The hospital is clean and has a welcoming feel. Amazing hospital who have given me a new lease of life. Could not be more please with coming here.

Just got back home after having my gastric sleeve surgery, I can not shout from hilltops what a great Clinic this is, from arriving on Thursday evening the care was just amazing, the amount of tests before your surgery that the hospital do is unreal, All the staff are wonderful and attentive and go above and beyond, my surgeon Dr. Erdem was Just fabulous And explained everything to me that was going to happen and what could be expected after the operation too, I would highly recommend this Clinic if you are looking into this procedure!!

Right from the booking process the support from all involved has been fantastic👍🏻 very smooth process and absolutely amazing staff The driver that picked me up was very helpful and friendly. Fatma was fantastic and very friendly and always there on hand if you need anything, she is a real credit to CK! Arda was great too he was always popping in making sure I was ok and if i needed anything. Ulash was also very helpful and always popped in to see if i needed anything. The surgeon and his team were amazing too. All in all a great experience and well worth it fantastic service and brilliant environment.

This place are just simply amazing! From the moment I made contact via email I knew I had made the right choice. They answered all my questions, did not once push anything. The hospital was squeaky clean, the staff make the place! Ulash & fatma looked after me and without them i don’t know how I would have coped. The surgeon was just fab! I can’t fault anything.

The whole service has been excellent. I had coordinated the surgery via What’s App, a week before the surgery I got my itinerary so knew what to expect on arrival.I flew out on the 24/03/24 and was collected from the airport from Sebastian who took me straight to the hospital for pre surgical blood tests , ECG and X-Ray, he then took me to the hotel. I met my surgeon the wonderful Dr Asim Uslu on the 25/03/24 and he performed my surgery later that day. The lovely Fatima looked after me overnight and was brilliant. The hospital is outstanding and the staff and all of the CK health team provided support and guidance for myself and my husband.
I was discharged the next afternoon following review by Dr Uslu to recover and rest in hotel. I had a further check up with Dr Uslu on day 3.
Absolutely outstanding team and even though I am only 5 weeks post operation I am loving the results.

I could not be happier with this company. From the very first contact with Liza. The patient coordinator's Arda, Melody, ulash were so attentive. They checked on me regularly and Arda even came down to the hotel to check that I was doing OK. They honestly could not have been more attention. Fatima the VIP nurse was absolutely lovely.

They explained everything and no question ever went unanswered.

Arda messaged me a couple of weeks before the surgery, too check if I had any questions and was able to put my mind at ease. He also sent me through a detailed itinerary a week before the surgery.

The cleanliness of the hospital was outstanding.

I was apprehensive about getting surgery in Turkey but absolutely couldn't fault it.

Would highly recommend this company.

The whole service from the first WhatsApp message to finally having the surgery in less than 2 weeks has honestly been amazing. Every single person I have been in contact with from Ck health have all been so professional and could not have done anymore for me and my partner if they tried. The patient co Ordinaters and all the CK VIP nurses couldn't been anymore professional and caring. You do get what you pay for. You can find the surgery cheaper else where but I can assure you the service and care is not the same( friends have used). I am that pleased with my gastric sleeve and the treatment I received and I will be booking me and my partner to go back with CK Health and have our teeth done. Thanks all great team CK

From the moment of contact (Facebook) the communication was amazing, I was given all the information on my procedure as well as information on what was included. Informed, we thought about this for a couple months before deciding to proceed. I’m so glad we did. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Everything taken care of. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We were collected from the airport and taken to the hospital where they were very thorough with pre-op tests, then had my surgery. My husband was also informed every step of the way, we felt supported throughout. I can’t recommend CK Health enough, they were incredible. Now post op, I am still receiving support with diet and any questions are answered promptly. I promise if you choose to go with CK Health you will not regret it. 5* 10/10! I could write a book on the expertise of this amazing company. Every single one of you made me feel loved, cared for, and special from start to finish, although there is no finish because you are always there at the end of the phone giving guidance. I'm so glad I took my friends' advice and got in touch with you. I'm not shouting out names because you're all just as amazing as each other, and without all of you as a collated team, I might not have gone through with it. I've had an amazing experience from start to finish. I worried these reviews would be fixed, but believe me, there not. Everybody I have met and been in contact with has been amazing, and extremely informative, even with the language difference, they certainly treated me like royalty. I only wish I did it sooner. Would 100% recommend booking through CK Health, it will be the best decision you ever make.

Absolutely amazing service I am so glad I came to ck health for my surgery Dr asim uslu is an amazing surgeon and I am so pleased with my surgery breast implant and lift all of the staff are amazing fatima the nurse is so kind caring and funny also arda the assistant speaks brilliant English and is friendly and with you all the way came out to the hotel to bring me medication when I complained I had back pain not from the surgery the hotel is beautiful and clean provides breakfast everyday they fed me and my mother in hospital everyday I'm just so happy with my result they also bring you back to clinic before you go home to change dressings and make sure everything is okay I would highly recommend ck health and will certainly be back in the future 😀

The experience that I have had over the past 5 days with CK Health has been incredible, the staff have gone above and beyond for myself and my dad who came as a companion.
I have thought about having this procedure for sometime and after having looked into many surgeries across Turkey and the UK I found that CK Health was the right one for me.

It was recommended from a friend and the experience had been incredible from the moment I booked the surgery all my questions were answered and in great detail to the aftermath or the surgery.

If anyone is looking at have a gastric sleeve in the future still do your research but I can assure you, that CK Health will give you the best care.

I have just arrived back to the UK , i had a GS with this company on the 12th March, i booked back in November 23, i trawled lots of sites then i came across CK Health! I wrote a message on FB and within minutes the lovely Liza wrote back, after a few questions we transferred to whats app, and thats were my dreams started to come true, i was asked a catalogue of questions to see if i was eligible first and i was 😁, there was no pressure for me to book and were not pushy, they sent me loads of information about the procedure and other patients experiences ( patient had agreed to share ) i left it a few days to have a think and not once did they harass me in that time to book, i had done the same with other sites and the amount of pressure they put on you was to pushy for me, i also like the fact that CK health arent in every nut and cranny of social media, they werent totting for patients! So i decided lets go with them, well all i can say what a choice i made! This company is Honestly amazing, i booked my date and procedure for a small fee ( this fee is to cover the extensive test when you get there) , they booked my flights with jet2 and were morning flight on way out and evening flight on the way back which was prefect, they sent me the booking ref so i could manage my flight, i didn't have a companion to travel with at first ( only because didnt know if my partner could get time off) they sent me all my invoice of my payments and when the final payment was due, it turned out i only paid £300 at the beginning then the rest on arrival, this reassured me that they arent out to take my money and run. I booked the VIP package too , this is worth the extra £300 , you got private transfers with there lovely driver Sebastian, the only thing i found a bit embarrassing but fun was when i came out of arrivals they had a sign saying CK Health, i was like shame, the world knows im coming for some kind of procedure 😁 maybe your name would be enough lol. Also in the VIP package you had your own team around you, this was Fatima, Ulush, Adra, and a beautiful nurse, i cant remember her name , they take you to all you tests, translate everything for you, and up until my operation and then after they were there or a stones throw away, thankfully my partner was able to come, this was an smooth action to add him on, it was £180 to add him but again i didnt even have to pay them straight away for his flight, they arranged for him to come on the same flights as me, again sending me the booking ref so i can manage his booking, the costing was added onto the final bill 😀

So once arriving to the hospital which was so clean and very well organised we were shown to our room, we settled in to a private room, which had a hospital bed for me, a pull out couch which my partner found small and uncomfortable but use able, private bathroom with shower and towels, television, a wardrobe for my clothes, this had a safe inside which is free, also a bed side cabinet and bed table, the room was spacious! A nice big window you could open for fresh air or you had A/C. They brought tea around my last supper was chicken and sweetcorn soup this was amazing, they had even prepared my partners tea, soup, 2 kebabs, and a few other things, i didnt take much notice after seeing the kebabs because i was sooo jealous and would had took his so tucked into my soup, my mouth is watering now with the thought of how tasty it was. We then went for some test, bloods, ECG and X-Rays then settled down for the night, i was nil by mouth from midnight so they put fluids up and was given this through IV, we could come and go from the room, there is a lovely coffee shop on the grounds of the hospital just outside the entrance, people can smoke and have there last bits of food and drink before there operation.

The morning of my op we had to go do more tests, this also was a smooth process which was made smooth by my VIP chaperones i have mentioned, we had breathing tests, ultrasounds, dietitian, cardio specialist, pulmonary specialist, more bloods , till all these tests are completed and passed you cant have the surgery, sadly but safely a patients who was also having the same procedure was refused , they found something wrong with a valve in there heart, CK broke the news to them, explained the only fee they have lost is there booking fee, then advised them to head back home and go straight to your GP, they even gave them the evidence they had found!

So all tests were passed then it was back the room to wait for my amazing Surgeon and the Anthesith ( sorry can spell that word)
He marked me up were they were going in, a few hours later i was in surgery then working up after a smooth straight foward operation.

I was taken back upto my room and beautiful nurse stayed by my side all night, even with my partner there, it was just so reassuring, after a few hours they get you up walking around, to get rid of the gas pains, they also give youpain relief

Ck health, AMAZING. Had the gastric sleeve done. The staff was amazing, the vip nurses Fatma & Ezgi was outstanding, couldn't of asked for better company and they was there every time I needed help to get up, drink,walk ect. All the staff was great. I choose CK health as a friend recommended them as he had treatment also a few months ago.I would also recommend them to anyone. I decided to come home a little earlier than I planned and arda gave me a lift to the airport in his own time and personal vehicle. Great guy. 👍

I would absolutely recommend CK health to anyone.

I had a breast uplift in 2022 in the UK and I wasn’t happy with the results and enquired about breast enlargement with CK health. Originally it was advised I needed another lift which I wanted to avoid but took their advice. After my consultation with Dr Asim Uslu, he agreed I did not need the uplift but I could achieve my desired results with high profile implants and moving my own breast tissue up. Dr Uslu is absolutely fantastic, better than my previous UK surgeon. He is a complete professional and would gladly have any future surgery performed by him. CK offered me a refund for the price I had paid for an uplift but no longer needed, which just shows that they don’t do this for money but to genuinely make a difference to peoples lives.

From start to finish the CK staff have been excellent from Liza and Myra all the way through to Arda, Melody and Sebastian. I can’t thank you all enough for making me feel safe and welcomed.

My hospital room was spotless and I had cleaners in twice in less than 24 hours during my stay there.

My only criticism would be that my surgery bed in theatre had someone else’s blood on the sheet and this was not changed, a sort of puppy pad was just laid over it. Unfortunately I do not speak Turkish so I could not communicate this with the theatre staff. I did mention this directly to CK staff after (they are not allowed in to theatre so they weren’t to know) and they advised they will bring this up during their next meeting with the hospital.

Also the hospital staff put a cannula in my arm in the middle of the corridor with other patients walking past, the nurse was listening to voice notes on her phone whilst wheeling me to theatre and there was man prepping me for surgery who pulled my hospital gown down exposing my breasts whilst the door was open and people walking past. I think that more dignity should be shown to patients. However, none of this were the actions of CK health and I have every faith that they will communicate this with the hospital to make it a better experience for future patients.

None of this negated my positive experience with CK health and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Everything was absolutely worth it for me.

THE HORROR STORIES ARE NOT TRUE. Even before ever in my wildest dream considering to get a surgery done, we all hear the horror stories and myth that people tell turkey and it's health care and private institutes.
Today I'm hear to correct those myths and wrong information. After 3 pregnancies, an unhealthy lifestyle with bad eating habits and continuous battle in my dieting and exercise routine, I have struggled to live within my own body for years upon years. If you are feeling hopeless right now that perfectly fine because that was me few weeks ago. It was that hopelessness that lead me straight to Ck Health. I was searching for pills, injections, paying for gym sessions, buying 🍵 tea of all sort, I did it all. It was during that processing of endless searching and seeking I came across Ck Health, ofcourse I ran into many other companies that offers what I needed (Gastric Sleeve) but this team in particular stand out for varies reason ; 1 - they are not pushy and are willing to work with your time frame rather than rushing you into something.
2. The profit for them is not the money they receive but seeing their patience get the best result and safe recovery.
3. I was impressed with their all inclusive package, they took care of my flights,airport pickup and drop off,accommodation,food, medical everything.
4 my companion was well looked after,( I almost thought she was a patience too)
5.The VIP nurses (Fatima and Azgi )they provide are the top tier in their ability to nurture, care and serve, they will make you feel like family, and will go above and beyond to ensure you're given the best of treatment.

6. Our translator Myra is one of the most calm person will ever come across, it is her assurance that will send you into that operation room knowing everything is gonna be OK. I needed that because I was so nervous.

7. I met with Arda upon my arrival to the hospital who took me through all my paper work and yes you will get documents in Turkish but will be translated perfectly for you and explain, you will be able to read translation yourself in your native language. I think that moment is one of the biggest moment for me there and I was given a very important task cause as I sign those paper, it is his face that I will always remember. He was very helpful and patient.
8- The taxi driver... he was awesome, he wasn't an award moment between us, he greet us as if he knew us our whole life, honestly I needed that as we didn't know what to expect at all being in a foreign country for the 1st time, doing such major operation.
9. The surgeon - I felt good to knowing that my surgeon came to visit me before my operation, to reassure me that's it gonna be OK....and it was just continuous support from the team that really put your mind that ease. THEY MADE YOU FEEL SAFE...before I knew it all nervousness was gone.
After my operation I had endless support. YES 24 HOURS. I have never been more proud of myself , and I have never really witness a group of people who work so selfless and endless to give result and customers satisfaction.
Was it worth the price, I'll say no. What they provide was PRICELESS , my life cannot be tagged. They turn my hopelessness into a redemption song. I didnt just found a Team of Health professionals, I've found a family and with that a gain a new life.
