GOODS NOT RECEIVED

GOODS NOT RECEIVED Don't even deserved one star but in order to leave tis review had go with one …. I ordered a table and chairs in October 2019 which after all tis time have never received I've sent emails , endless Phone calls to be given every excuse under the sun and yet no goods I am now taking steps to get My large Sum of money back as I know I'm well within my rights I have had such a bad experience with tis Company along with others connected to them #STAYCLEAR

SCAMMERS!

DO NOT IGNORE!!! wonder why the prices are so cheap, it’s cheap Chinese knock off furniture that cause my child an injury!

Stay away from these cowboys as they will take NO responsibility and ignore all your messages. You’ll never here from them and to get a refund you will have to take it up with your bank.

1 star because I can’t leave zero…

1 star because I can’t leave zero stars. Made an order for quiet a large amount a month ago. I hadn’t received any information regarding my delivery so I sent a mail. I was sent back a DPD link that didn’t have any details of delivery. Called the delivery enquiry number and was informed they hadn’t received my items yet. I have now emailed multiple times and not received a reply. When I get through to the lady answering the phone, she said others had the same issue. Cant not get through to anyone, to talk in person. Emails have now gone cold! Don’t waste your money on this company.
