I ordered a rug from Western Passion. After the order was placed, they charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email. After that, they emailed me saying they changed their minds and would not sell me the rug at the price I paid. I am still waiting for a refund. They did not offer me anything in the way of making it right.
I called and got a quote on a piece of office furniture. We did the research and decided on Western Passion's chair. When I went to pay for the chair, there was an upcharge called Fuels and Raw Materials Upcharge in the amount of $134.95 on a $2,699 chair. My represented apologized that the charge was not relayed to us but we had no choice, pay it or do not purchase the chair. I explained that I thought the charge was a devious way to add costs but in the end, had to absorb the chair. Unprofessional.
Please beware, they claim shipping is 14 weeks due to covid but I am now at 21 weeks and still no firm delivery date. Every time I follow up they give me a new answer.
