Great experience

Fantastic. A treat from these guys, fast postage and a beautiful album of Patrick Kavanagh poetry just gorgeous.

I did not receive my ordered item. I sent an email to them five days ago and got an automated response. That's it.

Ordered vinyl 2 weeks ago, confirmation email received and payment taken immediately but no indication on timeline for dispatch or otherwise. Sent several emails to the contact address as stated on website but only received generic automated responses. Even went down the route of a DM on Instagram and still nothing. Terrible customer service. Wanted to support a smaller Irish player in the vinyl market but better off using the usual players as delivery is swift and emails are responded too. Go somewhere else with your money. Will never use Claddagh Records ever again. Joke of a company.

Order not received,showing as being processed for two weeks,emails going unanswered for over a week have requested a refund,ignored again, appalling customer service,will have to request chargeback from bank.

Great to see our brilliant Irish musicians being promoted. We have been very impressed with the delivery time. It is a real treat to see no excess packaging without the platic whilst keeping the CD's safe. Excellant service so far. May Claddagh be a shining example to the rest of the world! 😊

My order was not delivered, despite various reminder and messages

I would give no stars if I could Claddah records could answer my question and communicate, where is my order from 11th December. I have now written three times still they will not answer my emails. That is not customer service as I expect it

I was sent a cd instead of the vinyl I had ordered. It has been 2 weeks and still no response to my email on how to resolve the situation.

My order, mid December 23. I found out today from A Post that it was never sent to them for delivery, and I am getting no response to my emails.
Very bad customer care
On 15 January they phoned to apologise to say that it had now been sent, and said they would give me a 10% discount. As of 19 January, it has not been delivered ( to a local Dublin address)

Cd arrived on time, what more could I ask.

Site let me buy something that couldn't be fulfilled.

Really annoying. I haven't received the hat I ordered and not gotten a refund for an album that was sold out.
Just received a reply stating they are awaiting items.

I live in Tasmania ,and the disc arrived before i thought it would ,as well the artists you represent are the most wonderfull one could imagine✨
