I ordered a product"The Busk" in February 2023, but I have not received it. I sent them a confirmation email, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I don't want to give even 1 star.

Helpful and friendly staff

The staff at Claddagh are brilliant. There was a problem with the delivery service - clearly not their fault and over the festive season there are often delays. They immediately responded and sorted everything out in a very friendly and courteous way. I would highly recommend them and certainly buy from them again.
