Parcel arrived safely. I could have lost the book though as I was able to withdraw it without opening the package. It wasn’t sealed enough around the edges.

I never received my order. On the An Post-website it always said they were still waiting for the actual parcel from Claddagh. It took me some weeks before Claddagh took this news from my side as serious, after which they sent me a 10% discount code and the possibility to reimburse the amount.

I distrust international shipments with them. I passed by their (closed to public) shop in Dublin and couldn't even 'buy online, pick it up'. Instead, forced to ship abroad, I don't even have what I wished for and they lost a customer. Sad stuff

It took 21 days to get the record, from Dublin to Belfast 21 days?

You get one star because you let me know it might be delivered (by An Post). The missing 4 stars are because it hasn't arrived. However, I've learned, to never ever make a so-called 'Black Friday purchase', from anywhere, ever again - this was my first such - because that's what everybody else buys too and it has implications for delivery. I'll be glad to let you know when my package arrives.

Ordered from the US. Got the package fairly soon, was easily able to track the shipping.

I like being able to buy items that are difficult to find in the US. Looking forward to playing the celtic art matching game with our 2.5 year old grandson. Derek Bell's CD: Carolan's Favorites is very good, I am enjoying it. Thanks. Dennis in Vermont

The products were just what I expected and were packaged well and delivered in a reasonable amount of time.

There were some issues with my order, the team at Claddagh Records came up with a great solution. I've ordered from them before, as it's rather difficult to get these records at my local record store here in the Netherlands.

I love the new album but let me know if it’s on iTunes because that would’ve saved me $10.
