I cannot recommend Cladding Monkey enough, my site team had a last minute change to a project and I ordered the materials online with no hassle it arrived the next day. I did make an initial mistake on the order so I phoned the customer service team and spoke to Kellie who went above and beyond to rectify the issue.

I ordered kit to sheet out a bathroom, their prices are keen, the delivery prompt. It's a great product and I say this having experience with other brands and companies, simple to install, a competent DIYer would be able to fit it.
I had an issue with silicone,( caused at my end), and the team were so helpful and had it resolved in no time, it's good to see a modern company model with old fashioned customer care values. I cant thank the team or sing their praises enough. The end result was they had a happy customer, I had a happy customer, everyone a winner.
Any further bathroom or kitchen projects I get Cladding Monkey will be my first choice, as will be my recommendations to others, well done Cladding Monkey 10/10.

Terrible delivery service, when you pay £90 for delivery you shouldn’t have to be responsible to unload the lorry… organise two people to deliver or have a pallet truck! Do better cladding monkey

We ordered some items to clad our utility, there was a slight error which was rectified next day.

We placed an order for hygienic cladding for one of our sites and I have to say that every step of the way the customer service was outstanding. As soon as the order was confirmed the team were proactive, efficient and very helpful at every stage. They were in constant contact with the site ensuring that everything went to plan. A special mention must definitely go to Kellie who really went that extra mile to ensure that our delivery was absolutely seamless. She was so helpful. Could not recommend highly enough. So rare to find such helpful proactive customer service. Fantastic!

The return procedures are ridiculous. I bought panels and now I have to return the 230cm long ones by myself. I was willing to pay the delivery fee, but they don’t offer any collection service. I have no idea how to return such large and heavy items. I’ve been looking for affordable courier companies for the extra panels I ordered by mistake, but I can’t find any reasonably priced option.

Highly recommend using Cladding Monkey, very helpful staff if you need to call for advice. Very prompt delivery (next day)!. Top quality product, only used to clad a garage, looks the business!

Prompt delivery of a replacement panel that was damaged . After reading reviews I was worried when I had an issue with one of the panels being kinked.
I sent an email with picture and less than 24hrs I had the replacement . Great work CM , really impressive.
I’m not a fan of the internal corner as only slots one side but it’s workable.
But over all a happy customer

Fantastic ivory/buttermilk cladding for my kitchen. Looks amazing. It has beautifully covered badly damaged walls after the removal of old tiles. And so cheap compared to the posh `kitchen panelling` companies - a quarter of the price.
The FREE sample service really helped me to choose the colour scheme in advance. AND the customer service was outstanding. Really friendly and professional after the delivery company messed up.
I highly recommend. Ten stars, never mind five!
