I was delivery sheets that were damaged…
I was delivery sheets that were damaged on the edges due to transport issues, I contacted cladding monkey and raised the issue a week after delivery and they replaced the sheets via a 24 hrs delivery schedule. No if’s or but’s, great after sales services. Recommend them!

Excellent company
I fancied something different in my newly extended kitchen, so I opted for cladding. The service from these guys was great, from enquiring about the products, to then receiving coloured samples and then finalising the order, it was brilliant. The team genuinely wants to make sure customers order the right products to suit their job. It’s So refreshing to have that these days. Will be using again and recommend highly!

Ordered a 10x4 sheet and 4 trims payed extra £20 next day delivery sheet there no trims. I had to phone no phone call from them trims came day later. Then I needed 1 more trim cost £10 wanted £45 delivery hope they may help me out I asked if they could cut it into 5. 2 ft lengths and post it by normal post for less than ten pounds no joy .so not very help full at all I live in Kent so can not even pick it up no mention of any refund for late delivery tanks for nothing

Hi Albert, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately the trims were mis-routed in transit, and followed the next day, so we can only apologise for that.
When you called regarding the extra trim you required, we did explain we are unable to cut these trims and send them in envelopes with Royal Mail. We have a contract with the couriers as the goods are large freight so we are bound by their costs.
You have quoted the next day price on the website for one trim, and had you of let us explain, we could have sent it out on the cheapest service available to you ( standard delivery) we would have been able to upgrade that to a next day service as a gesture of goodwill, but you were slightly upset after us saying we weren't able to cut them, we didn't get chance to mention that to you.
Delivery costs are subsidised by ourselves for the customer, as it isn't cheap transporting large freight items nationwide.
We do apologise these issues happened on your order and have taken your feedback on board to improve our service.

Web site easy to navigate, even for us non tech folk. There was an issue with one of the trims being damaged in transit. One phone call to their customer service line and they arranged a replacement to be sent out same day for delivery. Person I spoke with very polite and professional.
