Trading standards have been notified and I’m awaiting a response.

I ordered a pvc wall panel with trim from cladding monkey which was unfortunately unusable by the time it reached me in transit due to being bent in half by the delivery driver.
I had a closing window to complete the job for the customer so I emailed cladding monkey to explain the situation I was in and explained I needed a replacement within 36 hours.
They didn’t hesitate and sent out another panel which arrived in less than 24hrs, very happy with the service

My horse box has had an incredible transformation thanks to this company. I found them online and browsed their website, which I must add is fantastic. I couldn’t choose a colour so they sent me 4 colours out free of charge, well impressed. The joiner has finished now and it just looks better than I could have ever imagined, it’s easy to clean too. I will definitely recommend and use again for future refurbs!

Great customer service from start to finish, talked me through the different products and by doing so, I saved money. I was originally looking at a thicker sheet. Not very often you find a company who answers the phone and actually listens to your needs and what the job entails.

I have used cladding monkeys for my kitchen/bathroom rental projects for several years now, I very rarely take the time to write reviews, but It is definitely a must on this occasion.

I literally cannot find cladding of this quality to anything close to the cost.

The fact you is ‘there’s always somebody who can do a job a little cheaper and a little worse’

DONT DO IT I LEARNED HAD WAY cheap cladding is a false economy!

Quality products, low prices and the level of knowledge and customer care you get is unrivalled, I initially found CM through google search as was looking for local supplier and sincerely can say I was lucky.

Nothing is ever to much for these guys keep up the good work, tbh I cannot believe they don’t have 100% 5* reviews, as I deal with lots of suppliers (various materials) but even the best do not get close to the level of customer service, knowledge and icing on the cake is there a local company.

As I said I’m no review writer but these guys truely deserve it !

Awful experience from start to finish the website has multiple faults and will add unwanted items to your basket BEWARE.
The customer service and attitude from Kayleigh and Steve the manager is disgusting and I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs other companies provide a much better service for the same products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
