We hired claim concepts in August 2024 to help with our insurance claim. They are supposed to be licensed public adjusters out of Florida and are also licensed in Georgia. First Greg had me fire the demo crew that my insurance company sent to remove the water damaged drywall and treat the house for the Fire and Water damage to avoid the mold growth. The house sat untouched for months while Claim Concepts started being the go between for me and my insurance company. 5 -6 months later we haven’t gotten our inventory payment bc they just submitted it a month ago after dragging it out and hiring a professional to do the inventory bc the 3 we turned in were not what they wanted. Greg denies telling us to fire the demo guy he said I thought the demo was completed … my home needs to be bulldozed bc of the mold damage. They have received over 22000.00 in payment have not submitted the supplements I’ve sent to them required to move forward with the repairs and rebuild of my home ! We will be out of ALE money and no place to live and they have sent me a notice canceling the contract.
NEVER TRUST CLAIM CONCEPTS THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE HOMELESS IF YOUR HOME IS REPAIRED THEY ARE THE WORST DECISION I MADE !
