Great customer service
The process of receiving compensation from WizzAir through ClaimFlights was absolutely hassle-free. The contact with their expert, Agnieszka was always fast and pleasant, recommend 100%! Their commission was ~25% (VAT included) which is, as far as my research goes, lower than in most companies offering similar services.

Flight delay over 5 hours. Despite being business class passengers faced the trauma of a bad flight. After 5 hours of delay, upon landing no lugagge for long. Lastly to add to the ordeal did not receive a large suitcase. No British Airways staff present to even lodge a complaint. All I have is a baggage tag. Was a complete nightmare with small children. Received a curt reply with no explanation why they would not proceed with our 5 hour delay:
"Unfortunately, we have to inform you that after a summary examination of the information provided by you we cannot take your case (our reference: SHE2190324) because it is outside our scope of work."

Not impressed.
Out of €400, which represents the compensation granted by Wizz Air, I received €262.50 from Claimflights. It took 15 working days and several heated emails for them to transfer the money. Mules caravans would have arrived faster...

One remark for people from the Netherlands (maybe also other EU citizens) be aware that from the in my case €400,- you don't get €300,- because also the VAT must be payed so you get €279,-
This is still a good rate, but you never see this in the fees comparision.

Two people took charge of my case...It was a success!
After being contacted by Jakob Kunicki for my case, he told me that for Air Arabia it will take about 3 month to having some news from the company and recontacted me again.
I was a little bit put off by the long time required and also a bit skeptical (It was the first time for me to request a refund for a delayed flight) but finally Agnieszka Fanslau contacted me with good news telling that the company will refund me. Thank you Agnieszka!
Five days after providing my bank coordinates, I received the refund (faster than expected because she told me it could take up to 10-15 working days!)

Not willing to go to court for you
As others have mentioned, they will only take cases where no court action is required.. That's why they charge the lowest fees, because they are not willing to get their hands dirty.. My flight was delayed due to an aircraft issue, as confirmed by the pilot, but somehow Air Canada is now denying that. Weather was perfect in both Copenhagen and Toronto. Avoid this company and pay a bit more money by using other agencies

outside our scope of work
My case is was declined because "it is outside our scope of work". All online flight trackers show the delay and this is a European company flying out of Spain.
At least their response was quick and I can move on with my claim elsewhere

They said "Outside our scope of work" but Romania including Timisoara's airport appear on their site. Don't recommend this, I think you only choose some cases that suit you.
I have requested help for delayed flights from Romania to Skiathos with AirConnect airline, but I think you don't want to work if the airline is a small company.
