Quick delivery but unfortunately customs charges on delivery to Ireland

I have ordered quite a few products from here and delivery and service has always been great. I have rosacea and use special creams on my face and, with every order they also provide a sample of another product for me to test with my skin which is brilliant!

Zero quality of service. They sent a non-new item that had a broken seal and spilled in the box, staining all my other items in the order. When asked about this incident, they answered that the company had nothing to do with it, it was allegedly the fault of the manufacturer (in this form they were delivered to the warehouse initially). How this can be, if the goods were packed and assembled by the seller, is not clear. Didn't offer a replacement, didn't offer compensation. They sent only a return label for a return and a promise to return the cost of the goods, without indicating any specific deadlines for when this would be done. Those. in fact, I ordered the new product I needed, paid money for it; I received a damaged product, which I have to pack myself and securely for a return so that it does not spill out completely during transportation, spend my time to send it to the post office, then it is not known how long to wait to get my money back! What kind of relationship is this with customers? I need a product, not a fuss with parcels and returns due to someone's dishonesty.
