We’ve now used Claridon twice and both our holidays have been fantastic! Gemma and Penny are so helpful and the service is very thorough. Gemma went out of her way to find us some options which exactly suited our specifications (which needed to tick quite a few boxes but Gemma did it!) It was lovely having all our booking passes sorted out and not having to worry about anything!

We had also approached a couple of other travel agents before claridon and weren’t keen on the options they gave us, and we felt they didn’t really listen, whereas Claridon was the opposite. Would use every time and have recommended to others.

We would never use this Travel Agent again. They do not look after the customers after they have taken your money. There is a complete lack of time taken to research and review your accommodation. They believe it's acceptable to have families situated a considerable distance apart within a complex, which caused a considerable upset and disruption to the enjoyment of our family holiday.

Super staff, very friendly and knowledgeable

I always try and arrange my holidays with Claridon. You simply get a far better, personal service compared to the high street chains. The lovely ladies have arrange multiple breaks for me now and have always exceeded expectations including an epic honeymoon. Many thanks.
