Our 18 month old needed new shoes, so we went to Clark’s for more supportive and quality shoes than we could get elsewhere on the high street. We were served by Evelyn who was a complete gem. I’ve been to many Clark’s stores before and she was by far the loveliest of people to have helped us. Friendly, calm and informative and super patient with our two very wriggly under threes. Thank you so much

Jon was very helpful - checking other sizes at another branch and making sure I had the best deal. Reassured me of returning / exchanging it as it’s a gift .

Alfie at the Barnstaple store was fantastic this morning.
My twins had their feet measured at a different store for their school shoes and trainers and once home I wasn’t completely sure they fitted correctly. Alfie was very thorough and great with the kids, we came away feeling very happy and super satisfied with the service. Thanks Alfie!

We were served by Alfie who expertly measured and fitted our children for their new school shoes. He was such a lovely young lad and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.

We always buy our school shoes from Clarks and once again very happy with the excellent service given by Alfie on Saturday. The Barnstaple store are always really friendly and welcoming.

Sandals are great. Just what I needed,
On line I choose to have them delivered to clarjs in barnstaple not home as we were away.
I picked them up from there but they said this is not allowed normally as clarks shops are not part of clarks online.

Alfie in the Barnstaple store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and pleasant to us. He made lots of useful suggestions and went backwards and forwards for us until we had the right shoes and fit. A very pleasurable shopping experience.

I bought two pairs of shoes from Clarks on Barnstaple High Street Devon. The service provided by Alfie was beyond outstanding. When I went into the shop I knew exactly what I wanted and the young lady (Lauren) who served me got that immediately, and provided exactly the type of shoe I needed. She was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. Perfect!
Plus there was a young man shop assistant who was so friendly and warm again and greeted us with perfection.
It’s all about the experience when you are buying shoes. I will never go anywhere else after this experience. Thank you guys.

Clarks staff at Barnstaple store very helpful when buying shoes

I called the store seeking support. I spoke with a gentleman called Alfie. He was extremely helpful, providing me with all the information I required.
The following day I also spoke with the manager Jon, who again was extremely helpful. Overall, I had a very good experience with the staff and customer service within the Clarks, Barnstaple store.

Went to the Barnstaple High Street store, the staff were lovely and the service was great. I'll definitely be returning again in the future.
