Nia was friendly and helpful at the school shoe fitting. There was a good selection of girls’ shoes, though some limited availability in store. You always walk away from Clark’s confident the shoes are a good fit.

Absolutely amazing service from this store when buying school shoes. I phoned the day before to check if they had the correct size in stock plus they checked for the size below. They made a fitting appointment that was convenient and were so helpful. The service was swift, fittings were so well organised and the shoes were ready for us to try on. It was a really busy time for school shoe shopping but the positive experience that we had made it so easy. Will definitely shop there again for the excellent customer service - a big thank you to Sue and Stella for their commitment to customer care.

Went in this week with my Son and Daughter for school shoes and was served by the wonderful Rosie who kept calm and pleasant throughout the whole process even though my daughter was not best impressed! Rosie was very cheery and made the process so easy.

Went to the Bath store to get a pair of school shoes for my daughter. We were helped by Freya and she was so patient and kind. My daughter had only two requirements - shiny and bows. Freya measured her feet and brought out 5 pairs matching her requirements. Our daughter picked a pair she liked and was so pleased walking out with the little box in her hands. It really made our day!

I had a great experience in the shop today. I’m a frequent shopper at Clarks because I love the quality of their shoes, and today was no exception. The sales assistant, Freya, was extremely helpful and friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her, I found exactly what I was looking for.

Stopped by a Clarks in Bath. Amy was dealing with a number of customers, but was quick to check in with us, she dealt with us, kept us informed, was apologetic regarding any delays. Very knowledgeable regarding shoe care. Easy sale, and Amy was very helpful.

Amy from the Bath store was brilliant. My 4 year old was getting his shoes for school. Amy was so good talking to him while getting his feet measured. Getting a 4 years to sit still and then to try the shoes out, by walk/run/jumping around was made easy by Amy giving him instructions. If only he would listen to me. Great experience in the Bath store, the shoes are great as well, my son loves them.
