Kelly helped me pick out some really good quality shoes. She was so polite and friendly and I’m so happy with my new shoes!!

Charlie was absolutely brilliant!!! He helped us with everything we needed and was so attentive that he recommended another product which I ended up buying on the spot. Very knowledgeable, helpful and customer orientated.
Excellent job. Keep up the great work.

Bella was very warm and welcoming, communicated with my 1 year old, as well as me. Gave good advice and guidance on what to buy. 10/10

Happy hour, last week on 28th November
I was greeted with friendly hello at the Bournemouth store in Commercial Road.
I was looking for a particular style and colour and asked if she would check to see if they had it in store.
I was shown the same style of shoe but it was in a different colour. My eyes lit up, i ended up purchasing two pairs of same shoe in different colours, the second pair was available on line. Which arrived only five days later. Excellent service.
Very efficient, lovely experience :)

Bella in Bournemouth town centre was polite and helpful from the moment we came In the door. Greeted with a smile and was able to make both my 15 year old and 5 year old comfortable and was able to suggest sizing options for growing feet and find the best fit for the shoes they liked. Even when some weren't available she was ready with an alternative size. A credit to the brand. Will be returning

We were helped by Bella today in Bournemouth. She was excellent, preempting our need for help before we had to ask, discussing the options that met the needs for our baby’s first walking shoes. We picked out a pair we loved and she cheered with us as our baby walked confidently around the store.

Very fast efficient service. Kept updated on my delivery.
Staff were knowledgeable and super helpful.

We went to get first school shoes for our daughter and Charlie was so patient as she was being fussy with every pair we chose. He picked some himself after listening to her complaints and picked the perfect shoe! She has been wearing them happily for a couple of weeks now so thank you for the extra time and care you gave to us! Thanks Charlie!

We visited Bournemouth Clark’s and had the pleasure of being helped by Jamie. He was great and very patient whilst we found the right pair of school shoes to fit my daughter. Thanks for your help, it’s much appreciated. :-)

Ruth at the Bournemouth store was so kind and friendly, she made my children feel comfortable and was exceptionally gentle and patient. Great experience.

Was served by a wonderful lady, Bella, who put in so much effort to find me shoes for a wedding. My feet are the most mismatched sizes and it's always such a problem. But Bella made sure to measure my feet, which it turns out are different sizes, and helped me find the best shoes for my fit. She was fun and made jokes and smiles which made everything just a bit better. Very helpful staff and wide range of sizes

We were served by a lovely lady called Bella, with all questions we had for her regarding sleek shoes for a wedding she handled them professionally and with a smile. Although unfortunately there was nothing to accommodate us in the store at the time, she made sure our experience was joyful, made us chuckle and was amazingly friendly with a very happy and cheerful vibe! I would recommend Bella to look after anyone in need of assistance at this store.

Excellent Service and Value. Special mention to Kelly at the Bournemouth branch who went the Extra Mile with my purchase. Rather Disappointed many Clarks Shoes outlets are now closed in the Stoke on Trent area and I need to go to Bournemouth for a sale.

My partner and I went to Bournemouth branch and were served by the super sweet and incredibly patient Bella. We were struggling to make a choice and she brought different styles for us to try on and she kept smiling and being helpful the whole time. The shoes we wanted were not in stock but she offered to order it for us. Really glad we visited the branch and served by Bella. Even though she is new, she is super helpful and amazing.

We always use Clark’s for our kids shoes and we are away on holiday in Bournemouth and needed more school shoes! Not only is there a lift up to the kids section (perfect for pushchairs) but also the staff are so happy and patient. Mandy was incredible with our little girl and we were there for along time trying many different options. Super helpful and patient to help us get the right shoes for her. Very grateful and we will be back!

I went to Clarks in Bournemouth Town centre today to exchange some shoes, but due to the fact that they had passed the receipt date of refund I could only buy something else in exchange for them. This took a very long time to complete on the system, but their phenomenal manager called Mandy was so professional in sorting it all out, along with her level of customer service, which was second to none. Thank you so much Mandy, you should be awarded with an extra day off this year for your sterling work.
