Harry/Henry served us today in Clarks of Caterham for school shoes. He was very polite very knowledgeable and gave us excellent service. He picked a selection of shoes that he thought my son's feet would fit into well. He made sure to gain a rapport with my monosyllabic teenager which made the painful process of buying shoes much easier.

I took my 16 month old to Caterham Clark’s a few weeks ago - the service from Callum was personalised and absolutely fantastic. He was so patient and told us everything we needed to know!

Callum assisted me with buying a handbag. He was very helpful and gave some excellent advice. I had a lovely experience

The Team Leader was extremely helpful with helping my uncle find appropriate shoes for his insoles. He measured his feet and was very understanding. I really appreciated the conversation and help from this guy! Thank you. 🙂

Callum was great. Friendly, efficient and built a good rapport with my daughter.

Went to collect online order delivered to store but found instep of shoes too low for me. Assistant very helpful in finding other shoes that would fit and arranged immediate refund of difference in cost

My order turned up 3 days earlier than expected which was great, just in time for school! Good communication via text and email. Friendly staff in store.

Went to the caterham store to get school shoes. We have moved from the area but still go to this store as always have a good experience. Staff take their time to ensure sizing is accurate and fitting is correct.
This visit i was served by Liz (26/7/24), she was polite and patient as we tried on various types of shoes and explored different sizes to find the perfect pair.

Liz was very helpful, she suggested some love shoes which I purchased, I will definitely come back

Bought first shoes for our 14 month old grandson at the Caterham branch of Clarkes. Emma was calm patient and competent treating our young toddler with kindness and care. He loves his new shoes and keeps pointing them out to anyone he meets.

School shoe shopping is not something I look forward to but my experience today at Clarks Caterham may make me reassess. Liz greeted us at the door and was expecting us because I’d booked a measuring slot. She spoke directly to my twin 8 year olds making them feel valued whilst discreetly checking in with me. She let the girls try on all the shoes they wanted and took our lead on what we preferred. She took time to check the fit of each style and gave me her considered opinion. Throughout she treated the girls as valued customers something we’ve not experienced before school shoe shopping. She made sure I was aware of the trainer deal available but didn’t do the hard sell just making sure I knew what my options were. It was A+ service and my girls are delighted with their shoes.

Eleanor gave us fantastic service at caterham store. Very personal and didn’t rush us at all. Lots of advice too.

We always visit Clarks in Caterham this time of year for our daughter’s school shoe fitting services and we’re met by a lovely assistant Sophie, she made our daughter feel at ease and she did her best to ensure our daughter tried every shoe that she wanted. Now she has the shoe ready to go into her next year!

Joe (the manager?) managed the queue well and was helpful and friendly. Jacob helped my three find shoes that fit - he was patient, listened and took care with the fitting. A happy experience!

The assistant, Sophie, was helpful and patient while I tried on lots of different sandals. She had a great sense of humour and was very supportive when I was trying on different styles. In the end I bought two pairs!

Sophie in Caterham was very helpful. Measured our Son's feet, double checking with a colleague only to ensure we were given 100% correct advice. She then helped fit our son with some lovely sandals. Thank you to her and the team at Caterham

Outstanding experience finding our baby's first shoes. Mariyah at the Caterham store was just amazing, going through many pairs to find the perfect fit. Not only did she take the measurements but she also took great care to analyse how the shoes adapted to our baby's feet as she walked. Several days later, we can tell that the advice we got was spot on. Insightful and caring staff like Mariyah are hard to find and they're the reason people trust and rely on Clarks. We will definitely be back in a couple of months (or sooner) for the next pair!
