I came in on Saturday and was helped by a lovely young lady called Stella she helped me find everything I needed and was so polite! I will definitely be back

The staff were very attentive. Stella in particular, in the Arndale centre in Manchester, was very helpful and went to great lengths to make sure my 3 year old granddaughter got a pair of trainers that fitted her properly. Thank you.

Chloe at the Arndale store was really helpful and kind! Knew exactly what to recommend me and was a lovely throughout thank you

my local store for nearly a year now has been the Arndale manchester. however i’m not too sure if i will continue to shop there! unlike the other stores in the arndale where the workers greet you, i was ignored! myself and a friend walked in and decided we wanted to have a look at the new shoes we had seen online. one worker was on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge us! how awful!

overall, compared to the stock of other stores there’s much more to look at and try on, however the overall lack of acknowledgement makes me want to go back to my old store skipton!

Keely is an absolute asset to your team. She was lovely from the get go, but when i explained my daughter is autistic and has to pick the shoes herself she was so outstanding. She took the time with my daughter, got down to her level and when she went to get some shoes, she brought out a few extra. She got the boxes all on the floor, and allowed my daughter to open them and get them out herself. She understood without me saying that my daughter needed that control. She made it such a lovely experience for my daughter when getting new shoes is an ordeal for her. I hope she can get a bonus or something as honestly she made our year. Keely, if you read this and remember us, thankyou so much again. I shed a happy tear that my sophia got to have a happy experience because of your kindness❤️

I recently went in to get some pre walker shoes for my son. I was served by Aminah in the Manchester Arndale store. She made the experience really easy and fun. My baby boy was really calm with her and was interested in the whole thing. Its so sweet to have that memory!

I was served by Grace, with whose excellent service I was able to purchase a pair of boots and two pairs of shoes today.

Aminan from Manchester arndale was very knowledgeable and friendly. But most importantly patient with my daughter measuring her feet for her first shoes as she's a proper wiggle bum. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Clarks Manchester Arndale has decent service, as shown by multiple visits for school shoes, but the overall experience is a mixed bag. While some staff members like Niamh, Erin, and Aminah go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and handle challenging situations with kids' shoe fitting, there's a feeling that it takes several tries and considerable time to find the right shoes. The staff's friendly demeanor is appreciated, making these trips more pleasant, though sometimes the process can be a bit cumbersome. Overall, it's an okay experience with some bright spots in customer service.

We were greeted by a very polite and helpful member of the team, called Toby, she asked if I needed any help.
She was able to suggest, what turned out to be the perfect pair of shoes.
I would highly recommend others to this store and even to ask her advise.

I had a fantastic experience. Took delivery of shoes on time. Got a wrong size and made a change seamlessly. Customer service was superb.

Went into the manchester arndale branch today with my son who I have to buy 2 pairs of boots for due to medical reasons we were approached by Caroline the store manager who was brilliant she brought 5 different sizes of boots for my son to try on she was really patient and didn't rush us she explained about the odd shoe size scheme that clarks do I think it's absolutely great as I've always had to buy 2 pairs at full price will be going back in the future
