Excellent customer service in providing school shoes for our granddaughter. Thank you to Sara from Clarks Middlebrook.

Jeff did such a good job of serving my children brought out a variety of styles which suited them best and showed me what shoe care to use aswell.

Visited Clark’s at Middlebrook and was served by Sam G who was absolutely fantastic. I have 3 children and one with SEN - Sam was kind, patient and knowledgeable - I have always shopped at Clark’s in the Trafford Centre not any more! Best experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been a Clark’s customer all my life! Sam you are an asset to Clark’s and Clark’s are lucky to have you Thanks so much! Amy and Family - travelled from Worsley for school shoes!

Went into the Southampton store today to get some school
Shoes for our lads. We were greeted by a lovely gent who worked there -Rich. He measured our boys feet (turns out they’ve got really wide feet). This made finding shoes the right size/width somewhat awkward, but Rich was all over it. Very helpful and patient and we eventually found some that the boys liked and fitted properly.
We got to the check out and paid, then I remembered I had a discount card we could’ve used. No problem for Rich, refunded the original then put the discount on. Despite the store being busy and short staffed, Rich did all he could and more for us. He pretty much single handedly turned the shopping trip everybody hates into a success story!!

Safa at the middlebrook store was amazing when helping us find school shoes for my little boy. We didn’t feel rushed at all, and she kept trying different shoes and different sizes to make sure we got the perfect fit. She wasn’t pushy, and let my little boy lead the transaction, going off what he felt was comfortable and what he liked. My little boy is a chatterbox, and she was chatting away with him, getting him excited for year 3 in school. She is a credit to the store and the company. Despite being busy, she took the time with us to make sure we left happy. Thank you safa :)

The shop was very busy but didn’t have to wait long, Jess served us, she was very friendly polite and patient. We were happy with the outcome thank you ☺️

Shopped at Bedford interchange today looking for school shoes for my grandson; Nawaz was very helpful & professional an asset to your team.

I visited the Clarks store on Argyle Street in Glasgow to look for new work shoes, but the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The entrance door was heavy and awkward to open, and once inside, there was no atmosphere at all — no music, no welcome, just silence except for three staff members loudly discussing their nights out. Their conversation and laughter dominated the entire shop floor and immediately felt off‑putting.

I had barely picked up a shoe when one of the assistants approached me. Already feeling uncomfortable with the environment, I said, “I’ll let you know if I need anything.” Shortly after, another customer entered the store and wasn’t approached at all. She looked equally put off and left within a minute.

I tried on a couple of shoes from the display, but the staff continued their loud conversation about their social life, making it difficult to focus or feel like a valued customer. I put the shoes back and left shortly after. It wasn’t the level of service or atmosphere I expect when shopping for more expensive footwear.

I was also disappointed by the limited range of Gore‑Tex and waterproof styles available. Overall, the visit didn’t reflect the quality or service I’ve previously experienced with Clarks.

Brian at Westfield Stratford was great and helped us find my 5 year old shoes for new school year. Even though little one was grumpy to start with.

Daanish at the Blackburn store was so good with my two children and really patient when we kept asking for different shoes to try on. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for a positive experience!

Fantastic service at Clarks in Cwmbran! We had our little one measured for his first shoes and the process worked great. Evie was really helpful and friendly! It was well organised and an extremely easy experience!

Went to Clarks Selly Oak today to buy my daughter's school shoes. She has had a growth spurt and has narrow long feet now! We have tried several shops and nothing fits her well. Rashid at Clarks measured my daughter's feet and advised us on the right style for her. He was very attentive and efficient with us. My daughter also has a misalignment in her feet which causes unequal wear. Rashid suggested insoles which will help the shoes last a bit longer hopefully! Very happy with the service we received today.

Webber at the Dublin Grafton St. store was very helpful and professional.

We visited Clarks St. Albans today and we were very happy with how attentive and patient the staff were, especially Samiha. She listened carefully and helped us pick the right sizes. She was very patient and went the extra mile for us. Great customer service and products. Thank you for all the help.

Sophia was amazing. So kind and considerate our little one was in between sizes and she helped us buy the perfect school shoes

Visited Clarks today in Selly oak shopping centre.
The shop assistant Rashid, was very helpful and kind. We left with 3 pair of shoes. Thanks you.

We received great service from Kemi at the Bluewater store. She was patient and friendly!
