Met Jenn who tracked a new pair down for me even though I'd given up hope of Clarks having them in stock still. She was an absolute star and really wanted to help. Lovely experience. Will definitely be back

Visited two Clarks shoe shops within a…
Visited two Clarks shoe shops within a week, first one in Huddersfield and then in Scarborough, all I can say is that it was a pleasure shopping in both shops the customer service we received was first class in both shops and the staff couldn’t do enough for us they all was so friendly and so helpful and pleasant and we was made to feel welcome in both shops

Today I went to the Clarks in Scarborough and my was I greeted with a beautiful warm experience, as soon as I walked into the well furnished and classy store I was provided with great customer service from Lucy and my decision was made easy from her amazing kindness I would highly recommend buying shoes from this Clark’s store!
