I was served by Emma, she gave me a warm welcome from the moment I entered the store. She got the shoes I was interested in rapidly, even gave me a great shoecare product to keep them safe. A wonderful person to talk to would recommend going!

Worth a journey for a good result
We always make the 45 minute journey to have our children's feet measured and shoes fitted at this store. We are always welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. All staff have a good understanding of fitting shoes for the children. Our children are put at ease by the confident and relaxed manner the staff have. We know that the journey will always be worth it because we have a good experience and our children end up with well fitting shoes.

Amazing service - above and beyond!!
I wanted to write a review to share an amazing experience we had in store on Monday 3rd February. My son (who has autism) wanted to go into the shop when we were passing at 4.55pm.... as this is completely unheard of for him we went inside (I was thinking that we would just have a quick look and then leave) but no, to my shock, he wanted to have his feet measured! Despite it being closing time, Julie was so helpful, kind and understanding with my son, she measured his feet and brought out shoes she had in his size to try on. She was very patient and caring with him and did it all in his own time, praising him for allowing her to help him. To put it in perspective, he has been wearing the same shoes in different sizes for nearly 2 years as I've not been able to get him in the shoe shop, have his feet measured or allow new shoes to be put on him for all that time! Julie understood this and was amazing with him. We left with him wearing new shoes!! He was so proud of himself and loved the sticker Julie gave him. Absolutely exceptional service from her and the other lady in store. Thank you so so much for staying open longer and giving my son such a positive shoe shop experience!! 🥰
