Fantastic customer service from Mark at Welwyn Garden City branch.I was approached immediately and offered help.My son had professional fitting and advice.Great service and good quality shoes that last.

The team at Welwyn Garden City branch are incredible; Mark in particular is so helpful and kind especially when we take our son in. He makes the experience fun and I would not buy childrens shoes elsewhere due to the fantastic service offered! Thank you for another great visit today.

I’ve written to customer service 7 days ago. I had 4 emails saying my order was on the way then one saying it had arrived. I drove to shop and they hadn’t arrived and my grandson needed them and I was driving to East London to deliver them. I’m furious and have heard nothing since terrible customer service!

10/10 service in the Welwyn store.

We recently visited the store. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I ordered a pair of boots that were in the sale but not in stock in store, however staff found a pair from another store and were able to order for collection to my nearest store.

Ordered my son’s shoes in store from the website and they arrived the next day. Manager Mark and Lynda were both incredibly helpful and the process was easy. Will definitely shop here again.

The staff at WGC store was very helpful. We thought we just collected the parcel and went home but instead they asked my son to try the shoes on to check if they fit. My son feet are one foot bigger than the other, so they gave him different types of insoles to try on. We are very pleased with the service provided.

The assistant Lisa was extremely efficient knowledgeable and very helpful.

The store manager Mark measured my son’s feet and found him a great pair of winter wellies. He also checked his current shoes still fitted and was extremely helpful. I’ve only ever shopped here for my son’s shoes and I always have a great experience at the Welwyn store.

Wonderful experience. Shannon was patient and took time to put my daughter at ease offering different options, encouraged her to try different sizes and ordered from different branch were necessary.Very personable and happy daughter at end of the day.

Lisa in the Welwyn branch was an absolute gem. My partner hates anything ‘not trainers’ and Lisa was incredibly patient and helpful while he tries copious amounts of shoes in differing sizes and fits and we walked away with a pair of shoes he may even wear a second time! Happy days! Thanks Lisa!
