We took our son to Clarks in Selly Oak. He was measured and served by Rashid who was very patient and helpful. He gave us good advice and tried lots of different styles, sizes plus with and without insoles etc. Many thanks!

Good selection of nice shoes and was welcomed in by polite and attentive staff. Was helped by Webber who couldn’t have been nicer.

Service was great nice to be able to try on sandals knowing how they fit. As they didn’t have the colour in my size was able to order them to be delivered free of postage to my home address. There was an offer of £10 of sandals.

Good shoes and great delivery, but extra wide school shoes seem not to be as wide as they used to be and the Velcro closure seems to be a bit too short nowadays or in youth sizes (didn’t have that problem before in only wide…). They’re still durable shoes, depending on models, However they should review their shoe patents to match the quality that used to be in terms of fit, length of closure straps, comfort and children’s feet anatomy. My child refused to wear them for the first time…

I had a small issue with one of the pairs of shoes i purchased for my granddaughters, the sales assistant Rhianna from the Fosse park Leicester branch was excellent in checking my granddaughters size of shoe purchased and then proceeded to provide another pair of shoes that were checked for width and explained to my granddaughter what she was doing, an excellent member of the Clarks team!

Real bad experience! Paid for a pair of shoes which came out defective when to go and exchanged as I loved the pair the salesperson says that since there is nothing wrong with them I have to pay an extra! I am like no asked why was there a discount on the previous item even though the it’s says clearly damaged good yes still asks and asks me to pay more! Doesn’t believe in offering until I asked for it! Very disappointing experience never buying from
Clarks again!

Ellie was great from start to finish! Really polite, approachable and seemed to have knowledge of which Clark’s kids shoes we were in need of! No hanging about, “straight to the point” kind of service. Ellie was friendly and confident, and when we are in need of another pair of shoes, I would definitely go back to the Middlebrook branch. Went to Clark’s on Grafton Street and received 10/10 customer service from staff member, Gerry. Delighted with my purchase !

I entered Clark store at Wolverhampton for a window shopping. However, the welcome smile, warmth reception and customer service from Raj at the Wolverhampton store made me buy three items just to appreciate her warmness.

I took my little boy the Clarks in white rose, Leeds and was served by the most polite and patient young man called Connor. When I praised him on the way out I couldn’t believe he had only been there 3 weeks! It was quick, efficient and no fuss just what I needed on a warm afternoon. Thanks Connor we will back for school shoes in a few weeks!

I was lucky enough to get Asma at Middlebrook serving me again for my grandsons sons.
She served me last time and I didn’t write a review (shame on me) however, she really does go above and beyond to make sure she connects with the children to sort their shoes out.
My grandson is only 2 and not only did she do a great job measuring his shoes she was genuinely so lovely throughout the experience. Thank you again Asma hope we get you next time.
