The quality of shoes becomes worse and worse. When entering the shop you suffocate as it smells chemicals and cheap quality, which is not cheap though.
There is no feeling that the shoes are made of leather. It smells really unpleasant.

Really good service today from Kelcey and Sophie at the Trinity store, Leeds. Helped find a good deal with shoes for work nice and quickly.

Want to give a big shout out to Sarah in the kids section. Very knowledgeable, bubbly, helpful, smiley. As someone who suffers with anxiety it was a breath of fresh air to be in such a comfortable and friendly environment. It really made my shopping experience. I will definitely be revisiting. Thank you!

Buying school shoes for a teenager is never that much fun, but Angela at the city centre branch of Clarks in Belfast was very relatable. She spoke well with our teenager and helped greatly in picking a good style of shoes that everyone was happy with. Thank you very much

I was in the Clarks store in Horsham, and bumped into Jackie who had helped us in the Crawley store. She remembered me straight away, and was incredibly helpful with sorting out my daughter's shoes. Jackie is a credit to Clarks, and a reason to believe that good customer interaction still lives and breathes today. Thank you, Jackie. Five stars all the way. :)

Fantastic customer support from Shakira who was so patient and helpful. After trying many styles she came up with an ingenious suggestion which completely solved my problem!

Had my 8 year old daughter’s feet measured at the Talke freeport outlet. Didn’t have stock so ordered online with the size as per the measurement from the store. Waited 2 weeks. Shoes came and did not fit. Ordered another pair and had to wait another week, after 3 months of minimal wear the shoes with ready for the bin.

Clark’s refunded after approx 2 weeks. In the meantime no school shoes. We didn’t get the postage back despite the delays, faulty product and general inconvenience.

We have now ordered another pair from Clark’s and have again been charged postage.

I have contacted Clark’s again to explain the situation and after over a week I have not even had a courtesy of a reply. We feel let down by the company given the quality and service has fallen short on this occasion. It would have been appreciated to have some sort of discount or reimbursement for the amount of delays and faulty product issue…..given we have spent a considerable amount of money with Clark’s of recent months and years with both our children. We have had to pay postage twice for no reason other than faults of Clark’s.

We visited the Loughborough branch today for new school shoes for my 8 year old little girl. We were assisted by a lovely lady called Angel. She was so patient and cheerful. She delivered the service with a smile. She was understanding about my the sensory needs of my daughter and went out of her way to ensure my daughter shoes were fitted correctly and were comfortable. She then assisted with my toddler who was repeatedly asking for his turn. She is a credit to the company. I'll definitely be back again.

Poppy was fantastic – really calm and chilled with both my kids, despite been running around in their new shoes! Great advice and a very easy process. We always come here to get our kids’ shoes. Highly recommend!

Leyla you were amazing. Archie our grandson has been in Wellingtons for 4 months, Morning noon and night. With her patience and child empathy she took the floor to encourage Archie from under the chairs. Coaxed him to remove his wellies to get a size. No way Archie would let her measure his feet. Noticed his wellies were an 8, after playing and encouragement she manage to get Archie pick new trainers 9G, then he ran up and down the shop. He's had them on 3 days now. You deserve a medal you were amazing

I came in with a very busy toddler. I was super worried about how his measuring and shoe purchasing would go. I was greeting by Terry when I came in. Super warm and welcoming. Then I went on and was met with Karen. Who was absolutely amazing! So warm, welcoming, calm and friendly. Baby was at ease. No issues and the entire transaction was smooth and wonderful. Karen is a genuinely warm and wonderful person. An absolute credit to Clarks. Great team here!! Will definitely be back x

Staff were very helpful. First met Grace in White Rose store and when shoe size was unavailable there she contacted team in Trinity to reserve a pair. Grace was then at Trinity the next day to help with the sale.

I visited the Bedford Store yesterday to get my daughter’s feet measured and to buy some shoes for summer. We were served by Julie, who could not have been more helpful! Absolutely fantastic service and patience while my 2 year old had a minor meltdown over what shoes she wanted. We have bought nearly all her shoes from this store and will continue to do so for many years to come I expect!

This is a well organised large store. Ellie and Hemi was so lovely and patient in helping me choose the correct shoe for work and sizing with their suggestions and opinions when I asked them for help - 10/10 from me!

I got looked after by Zuhayr today at Birmingham bullring. 10/10 for patience and knowledge in helping my son for some school shoes. Very much appreciated the helpful attitude! If I needed some other shoes from Clark’s I would definitely be back to seek his help again. Thank you

Took my 20month old to have her feet measured in Swansea store. Was served by Nadine and Holly , who were really lovely and patient as my daughter kept running out the store. They had to order 1 pair of shoes as you didn’t have her size but had them in a different colour so we could try they were both very helpful . Thank you
