Very fast processing and refund after I contacted customer service
I wanted to unsubscribe from the mailinglist. This does not work. I can mark the button to unsubscribe but then you have to confirm it, and this does not work. Therefore I cannot get rid of the emails sent to me. I wrote to customer service and the reply I received was that this is the only way to unsubscribe. Not a big help as this is not working. Very unsatisfactory!!!

I had an issue with my order having a default and they found a solution which made me very happy. I would strongly recommend their customer service! I also love their CRM emails. They look so nice and always make me want to buy new shoes.
My order did not arrive. Money was debited. Nobody answered my 4!!! messages via the contact form on the homepage. There is no e-mail address or a telephone number where you can call. I would never order anything online from CLARKS again because you only have trouble.

This is the 2nd time Clarks delivery company Celeritas has returned my parcels to Clarks for no reason, never calling my phone, leaving me to spend hours trying to find out where my missing shoes are. To make matters worse, I've been running around in circles trying to get answers from Clarks customer care team. Only today, after 3 weeks since my order, did I get some real support and a resolution of a refund, from very helpful Oluchi in the Clarks Chat.
I love Clarks shoes and find it very frustrating that not only does their online system of customer care leave a lot to be desired, but their delivery company Celeritas seem incapable of delivering correctly by calling first.
I would like to order more shoes from Clarks online, but am fearful that a similar thing would happen a 3rd time.

I bought a pair of shoes on May 29th, and they didn't fit me, so I requested a return. I shipped them back, but the return package was sent back to me.
I contacted Customer Care for support and asked for an investigation and a proper method to return the shoes so I could get a refund. It has been nearly two months, and the only response I receive is 'refrain from follow-up.' This is such horrible customer support, a waste of time and money.

I wrote and incomplete street address, I wrote to the customer service online (because they don't even have an email address) on the same day the order was placed. They did not respond.
My order arrived in my city, I called the post office to explain the error.
They told me that Clarks can modify the address. I went crazy contacting customer service online, and they continue replying that the couldn't do anything about it.
My package went back to them and I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK AND IT HAS BEEN ONE MONTH SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER.
PLEASE CLARKS USE A DAMN PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE IT IS THIS BAD.

On trust pilot - I keep being sent to a link that does not have options on the drop down menu that are appropriate. It is not following a purchase. The service was so poor that I left without purchasing anything. I have registered this complaint twice and keep being sent a link that is not appropriate.

18 July. I just want to post to thank Deborah for resolving the issue and getting the refund processed. I am very pleased and my faith is restored and I can continue to shop online at Clarks :-))
If anyone from Clarks monitoring this my customer service requests are 440875 and 449822 NL order number 1004770682 outstanding refund Daiss30 Trim. Returned 3 pairs of shoes in same package to Italy (bought online in NL) and they have only issued refunds for 2. Have contacted them 3 times via the Customer Service portal but still nothing. Each time the portal registers a new reference number. Seems no way to phone them? Global-e and Klarna just keep sending me the customer service link. They’ve clearly got problems and have been in receivership in NL but that surely should not impact warehouse/logistics operations?

I am from Romania, I have been a clarks client since 2020. Every time all the orders were properly delivered and I had no problem with them. The only problem I encountered was with some products missing for Romania, but available for other countries and now a discount code is not working. In Romania they don't have a shop, that is why I am using the online shop.
Be very careful when shopping in this store, or better don't shop if you don't want to be cheated for larger amounts of money, i.e. read reviews, unfortunately I read them too late.
Like unfortunately many, I did not receive a refund from them for 2 pairs of shoes that I duly returned in November, 2023.
Even after about 30 emails, writing explanations, sending proofs, they still haven't returned my money.
As others write, in their emails they only reply with "we apologize, in a few days you will receive your refund", but it has been going on for 6 months and there is no refund.
So this is their established "modus operandi".
Shame on such a company with such a reputation. A big shame.
I buy a lot online, from different companies, from different countries, but I have never experienced anything like this from anyone.
This website should be shut down by the authorities.
Update: Well, even after 11 days of complain and the promises of resolving the problem, there is no promised payment again. They just don't want to pay what they own people. True, the worst web shop! There are none like that anywhere. Thieves. I wonder how they can even exist with so many complaints, how the owners are not ashamed of such a way of doing business.
Update: No, thank You. I will not contact you again, especially through the Facebook and Instagram platforms (what's the point, if you know everything), you know everything, you have all the information, you've already received it about 40 times, you keep apologizing and promising to pay, of course, without the intention of paying, you just keep asking for my info over and over again. Shame on you. Thieves.
Update: After almost 8 months of constant correspondence, more than maybe 40 emails, calls, more than several hundreds of checks to see if the payment had arrived - after their constant promises, my debt was paid. Thank you Clarks EU for such an unpleasant experience, but thank you for closing the debt!!

Ordered at the site and they transfer money but no shipment status. Contact them and they told me order was cancel. Not I have waited on money they transfered from my account with out sending order. For now 2 months and commuctation with them is so slow and they always need to send to correct department.
Edit: I have all ready contact with you. But no response for like 2 weeks

The company so far has not delivered my order, it looks as though it has not been sent to the courier. The webchat support from Thokozile Mbapantsi was excellent. Final review will depend on whether I get satisfactory resolution of my purchase
It has been 4 months and I've still not been refunded. The customer service keeps replying to me that the money will very promptly be returned, which never happens. Each time they give you a sprankle of hope that it will be resolved, but they always disappoint.
Outright scammers, avoid avoid avoid.
