Although a couple of my items came damaged, the customer service I received to sort out replacements was quick and easy. Thank you Mo for sorting this out!

Firstly I would like to thank the Delivery Driver whose name I was unable to get. Who at our request placed the items on the terrace house frontage.I am housebound and am self isolating with my lovely son who is my Carer.

I also want to thank the Customer Service Staff namely Mo & Kerrie Connolly who responded and efficiently sorted queries regarding delivery.

There was a technical issue when inputting my postcode at checkout. Using the online chat, it was quickly resolved and my order placed. Very helpful. Thanks Dean!

I paid extra for a weekend delivery, which was confirmed via email, but the driver never showed. DPD said CO had booked the delivery to get a tracking number but never actually sent the item. Called customer service twice and after a while on hold, the line just dropped and I got a dial-tone. Would never use again.

The best company I have ever dealt with nothing to hard for then to deal with. I wish British company’s would take note of this company. Well done Clas Ohlson.

ONE OF THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN THE UK. THE ORDER WAS MADE, DISPATCHED, AND DELIVERED VERY QUICKLY. I HAD A QUESTION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY RESPONDED VERY FAST. THEY EVEN CALLED THE WAREHOUSE FOR ME TO ENSURE THAT I RECEIVED THE COLOURS THAT I WANTED. IT IS RARE, TO RECEIVE SUCH STELLAR, ALL-AROUND GOOD SERVICE. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I have used Clas Ohlson several times for power tools. The quality is superb and the customer service is faultless.

Sent a email to Customer Services and then realised I could telephone. My problem was resolved quickly.
Mo followed up my original question and I emailed that my difficulty had been sorted out. She even replied to that email, with thanks.
All very reassuring and efficient. With some other companies, battles with customer Services is like fighting smoke!

I made an order and it was delivered promptly and in good packaging- not an over the top amount and all recyclable.
Unfortunately some of my order was the incorrect type, however by using the “chat” section on the website I was provided the correct email to get the issue sorted. Mo from customer services emailed back very quickly and sent out the correct items free of charge immediately. I have been allowed to keep the incorrect items which I shall be donating to a local charity in my area.
Even with the mix up, overall a fantastic service and I will be shopping with them again. Thank you

Excellent customer relations provided by Jessica for a replacement product. Helped with information for return and kept me fully updated on its replacement. No hassle and completed extremely promptly.

Reviewing the feedback I received from Mo at Clas Ohlson UK, I must say that her replies to my questions have been first class. When her first suggestion didn't work for me and I replied to that effect, she continued replying until eventually it worked. I ordered a ladder and must've clicked collect from store by mistake. Easily rectified by Mo on chat and now coming to my home address - free delivery. Class service
