Placed an order. Reached out via email to inquire, and got the runaround. Called, and literally got cursed out on the phone, claiming that I was stupid and didn't read the website. Not sure what kind of business operates like this.

Despite all this, asked them to tell me when the jersey would arrive. They claimed it was shipped, but couldn't provide any information.

Beware.

Poor communication and substantial shipment delays. Jersey still hasn’t even shipped and it’s been almost 2 weeks since ordering! I would not use this company again. Too many other great Jersey companies that are reliable and professional.

Ordered on Dec 5th, website showed in stock. 15 days later, no shipping info. I had to inquire and was told jerseys have been rush ordered and out of my size. Still today, not in stock and is listed as in stock. Order cancelled. Customer service rep needs training. Kind of like a bait and switch.

After trying to decide whether to order from Classic Authentics and running across a variety of reviews which were extreme one way or the other, I felt compelled to go online and provide my own experience. I ordered a jersey that the website indicated could take 4-5 weeks since it was not in stock and was pleased to receive it about two weeks after ordering. The company contact is very no nonsense but the work is top notch. My grandson will be very excited to receive the jersey, instead of an image of the jersey, which is what I was expecting to be able to wrap. :)

Exceptional customer service. I had a minor issue with one order and my email was I responded to instantly and the issue was corrected. I have made multiple purchases from Classic Authentics and would highly recommend.

This company has many negative reviews and they try to keep in hidden. A Jersey was purchased as a gift for the holidays and instead of sending the Jersey out a bag of plastic was sent. What an awful person, this was a gift. The recipient opens a bag of plastic, with a note to call about the order. Then when you address the owner about this, he’s like be happy I didn’t send a bag of S..t! The owner of this business is an evil man and intentionally tried to harm the recipient and the individual who purchased the Jersey. Why? Because he lied to the buyer telling them the jersey was in stock when it wasn’t just to get her business and make money. He said she was lucky it was in stock and would receive it quickly. He is a scam artist, and has zero moral compass. Who sends a bag a plastic and then brags he’ll get paid because “Shopify” will back him up as if he delivered a jersey. This is a scam business. STAY AWAY FROM Classic authentics. There is nothing authentic or great about them.

I’ve been a fan of Classic Authentic’s for years and first discovered them at their Christmas events a few years ago. Since then, I’ve been a loyal customer. They have an excellent selection of jerseys and sports memorabilia, all high quality and authentic. Highly recommended to any sports fan looking for something special.

Called, emailed for help regarding placing an order. I did not see the time frame or any info regarding. Could not locate so placed order and then received a fb text that there was only white avl in Shadeur jersey and it would take 4-5 weeks to receive? I asked if I can just cancel since this is not what I wanted. Was rudely spoken to telling me I could not and I could call. I called and while explaining that I was not aware of this etc I was hung up on! The man called back no apology all I heard was "f@ccking black people? I said excuse me? This was crazy! I thought I was being punked. I was like wtf? I hung up and thought this has to be a scam or I am dreaming??? This can't be real?
How and why would someone be so ignorant to someone patronizing a business? Before being disrespected in such a way. I had already asked for a refund within a couple of hours of placing the order and being a bully and racist to someone is not only weird it's stupid?
Be aware this place of business is not that. Is is a haven to hurt ppl and abuse you because you purchased from them. So disrespectful!

Bought a away (white) Jaxson Dart jersey for my son for Christmas on 11/30/25 and paid for two day shipping. Arrived on 9 days later on December 8. Looking at the jersey, the red color is too bright and the stitching is not consistent with the official NFL jersey (there are extra seams in the back and there is no mesh lining along the sides. Seller is buying knock offs, marking them up, and reselling them for profit. Of course, there are no returns, so I'm out money. Do not buy from this seller---RIPOFF!

I had to leave a review after reading the most recent reviews. Apparently these people go shopping on this website and then cancel their orders. How about thinking your order through or maybe sleep on it? OMG ! I own a business and I understand. This actually has my feathers ruffled. On another note, I received my husbands jersey and it’s under the Christmas tree! It’s absolutely perfect!

Cancelled my order within 15 minutes after purchasing. My daughter had already purchased same jersey from another source. Wanted to charge a cancellation fee, which I understood, but just asked for their legal policy outlining the charge. Email I received in return was from Anthony Argo..We will take the loss but kindly ask you to refrain from any future orders with our company....NOT a problem for sure.

Order created by mistake. And when I asked for a cancellation 5 minutes later I received the rudest email I have ever seen from a company. Told me “get it together!!!”
Edit to add. I realize it was on me that the order was made. I took full responsibility for that and asked a simple question if I could cancel and wasn’t met with a simple response. Instead anger and when I asked why they didn’t just explain that cancellations cost them they said we have to deal with idiots like you and it’s annoying. It’s sad they work in customer service and don’t have patience for people. Since then I have receive two voicemails from the Manager calling me a mother f*****.

I ordered a NY Knicks Charles Oakley jersey and did this with Classic Authentics since they advertised the numbers and name would be stitched instead of the other sites that state they are heat applied. I can tell you from experience that the heat applied will start coming undone no matter what cycle you wash them in. Classic stated stitched and I got my jersey today 7 days from ordering and I cannot be happier. Price was reasonable and the quality is top tier. I noticed that the owner, Anthony had received several negative or mixed reviews from great to bad. My experience in life is that whenever anybody has a somewhat slightly negative experience in life, they will tell everybody! Unfortunately when they have a great experience you are lucky if they tell one person let alone taking the time to write a review about it. This is why I would like to offer my insights as to what I ordered and what I received; 100% satisfied and will order from Anthony again.

I found a rare baseball jersey of an older player that my husband has been wanting for years (actually I found 2 with Anthony)! Received them today and I had to write a review because the quality was truly excellent as such a reasonable price. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be ordering more with him and his company.

Great quality products! Ordered 3 NFL jerseys, 2 were custom jerseys. One Nike On Field and 2 Mitchell and Ness. They all came out perfectly and I'm so excited to wear them to a game!

I finally received my 2 jerseys and i am beyond satisfied! I hadctobwaitv4 weeks because these were not in stock. I knew that before purchasing. I couldnt help myself from pestering them. Thanks for having to deal with me. 😂
